The seed is in the tree and the tree is in the seed
A Divine Plan brought each one of us to Earth. The Plan included Earth's agreement to have an Experience/Experiment Through the Human Potential that's centred around Free Will. So, since the Will correlates with the Creative Force, the ultimate Options are needed to bring the Will forth by making the Last Choice. By making a choice the creative Force is activated throughout our Being, and since we are a microcosm of Creation... the degree by which we make a choice, determines the level and quality we extend Creation Through us! This explains that we actually create our own Reality and Self-mastery as well. Inner and outer are One as much as "the seed is in the tree and the tree is in the seed". The Two are Perceived as being separate merely by being in the "tree stage', where the seed is basically maintained by the two extremes of the tree, the root and branch system. Our Seed, the SOUL, is similarly maintained in the realm of manifestation, by the digestive and nervous system... both keeping the whole in circulation, of which the heart contains the Centre of centres. It is at this Centre where the true Self or Creator observes the experience, to extract the Essence or CONSCIOUSNESS from the experience. This Consciousness is the Food that the Creator likes best. How "delicious" can we make ourselves?!
The experience is needed to know the contrary of the Best Option which is Creation that's maintained by Creator's One Law, Change. The contrasting option is the Fixed world, held up by the inconstant laws (used as weapons, which ultimately make weapons the law) that we are suffering from today.
With Earth as the basis for the experience, all of Creation can come into the physical manifestation, from WITHIN. Therefore we need to eat the Earthly Food and ultimately know how to feed the Creator! So Food is much more than just "nutrition" (protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, etc). All of Creation constitutes Food. The following excerpt of the Tawa Message explains some of it.
