Kuan Lu was a diviner. As a lad he loved to study the stars and would stay up all night to watch them. When he grew older he studied the Book of Changes and studied the winds.
The Prefect of An-Pi’ing heard of the diviner’s fame and invited him to come on a visit. It happened that the wife of a neighbouring magistrate suffered from headaches and his son from pains in the heart. The diviner was asked to discover the cause. The diviner concluded that at the west corner of the main hall were buried two corpses, one of a man holding a spear and the other of a man who had a bow and arrows. The wall was build around them. The spearman’s master had gashed his head and so his head pained. The archer’s master had stabbed him in the heart and so his heart suffered anguish. They dug at the indicated place and found the corpses as was described. The remains were then buried three miles outside the city and thereafter the woman and her son suffered no more.
Michio Kushi had a similar experience. It so happened that his visitor who was a “seer”, fell at Michio’s home. The man who fell was well balanced and was “macrobiotic”, yet “out of the blue” he got injured. He then “consulted” and found out that when the house was build, a worker fell off the roof with fatal result. Michio and his visitor prayed in ceremony and soon the visitor’s injury was no more.
To often it is ignored that body, mind and spirit are ONE. Although the body is most tangible and food can be used as the essential medicine to make Whole, ONE (health means whole)…without incorporating mind and spirit we will be “limping” throughout life.
With food we set the basis for the mind and thereafter the spirit, for our Being to rise into our “higher self”. This “rise” enables the body-cells to radiate into a higher frequency. As is, Earth is surrounded by the “frequency of suffering”, derived from millions upon millions of beings who died without fulfilling their destiny. Many of these beings don’t even know that they have died and wander around. Consequently they “inspire” (in spirit) the living in order to get attention. Every “macrobiotic practitioner” should know the following story.
George Ohsawa was in Bombay, where he received a vivid dream. He saw that a favoured student of him was suffering and needed help. The journey would required for George to sail by ship as a “working-passenger”, since his student was living in Saigon.
At the midst of the Indian Ocean, the ship’s engines suddenly stopped “out of the blue”. It was a pitch-dark night. George went up to the upper-deck, leaning against the side of the railing, since the engine-room he was working in was unbearably hot without the ventilation. Besides, he was of no use down-stairs, while the engineers were trying to find out why the engines suddenly have stopped.
So George stared into the pitch-dark space. Suddenly the ocean LIT UP and he saw millions of souls crying out for HELP! The sound was terrifying. Then George understood that an appeal was made to him, which made him pray and make the VOW to do everything possible for the Healing of the World. Then all souls vanished into the darkness. At that moment the engines started without anyone actually knowing why they suddenly stopped…
So, this probably explains why some of the “macrobiotic practitioners” are in some way “contacted”, for us to know that Macrobiotics has to be seriously “upgraded”. Not only are body, mind and spirit ONE…each one of us is ONE with the rest of the World and beyond. This we know, but what is actually done to go beyond “yesterday’s macrobiotic”? Can we substantiate the VOW and be as dedicated to the Healing of the World as George Ohsawa was?
The “upgrading” requires the practice of the understanding of the underlying cosmology of the Interrelationship between the body/mind/spirit and the infinite universe. As such it will “trigger” a Memory that can “remind” the “lost souls” (among the living too) that we came to Earth with the mission to REALISE a PLAN. So, how many actually know what this PLAN is and end with joining the crying souls in the ocean?
The Plan is to make Earth the Portal of Peace and requires Humanity to transcend the Seven Seals (7 levels/chacras of Judgement). Therefore “today’s macrobiotics” need to be upgraded with the “Macrobiotics 1-9”.
"Macrobiotics 1-9"
The "Macrobiotics 1-7" had its episode. Here "1-7" relates to the 7 chakras or inner-frequency levels which serve us on the materialistic plane. These "seven seals" (last one of the crown) must be broken in order to be liberated from the temporary or illusory world, by which we had many experiences over a period of numerous lifetimes. All is coming to a conclusion within the context of a cycle of Consciousness. The last experience would be the Realisation of who we truly Are, in conjunct with a new consciousness of FREEDOM.
The conclusion requires the decisive step to be made with being conscious of the "Total Picture". This totality correlates with Total Health, which includes body, mind and soul. Therefore we need to upgrade the Macrobiotic teachings to its highest possible level, the 9th.
Now we can add to the "basket" the following "items", which can significantly contribute to the Macrobiotic Medicine that the world needs to fulfil the Plan that brought us to Earth. "Macrobiotics 1-7" is about SURVIVAL. Macrobiotic 1-9" concerns FULFILMENT.
The "new items":
- Adding the WHY to the Macrobiotic teachings.
- Origin of Yin/Yang and how it correlates with the Return to the Oneness.
- Adding the unifying catalyst to the Yin/Yang theory.
- The two perspectives of Yin/Yang.
- The Nine levels of judgement/consciousness/cooking/eating/life's dedication.
- The magic square and the Plan to make Earth the Portal of Peace.
