The BODY is the microcosm of the Infinite Ocean.
The KNOWER of the Body is the Swimmer.
This Swimmer is the SOUL.
The Swimmer may entertain itself on a Ship, floating on the Ocean with the possibility to get ATTACHED to the Ship.
The Body will then become an alien and is merely identified by the LIMITATIONS of the Ship.
Without the swimming-exercise the Body becomes weak and unfamiliar with the POWER of the Ocean.
Artificial ways are then used to get the Body going.
Death is then seen as the only way to be released from the Limitation, but then the Knower only knows the interior of the Ship.
Thus the Knower will return to the Ship to find out how to become DETACHED.
Today's world is like this Ship, and it is SINKING.
Now we must know how to SWIM.
We must bring up the COURAGE to enter the Ocean and WAKE UP the Knower who is WITHIN.
We must have good HEALTH (health means whole) to be able to Swim.
This Health also implies to Know the Body as a Microcosm of the Ocean.
We must Know ourselves as an INFINITE BEING.
We must Know the Cosmic Design of the QUEST.
The Quest is centred around the TRUTH of who we truly ARE.
Now we must give the BEST answer to the Last Question: "to BE or not to BE".
Indeed, SELF-realisation is the Essence.....everything else is "interesting"!
