The raW (spells War) food diet validation is based on the "scientific proof" that not all scientist agree with. How can this be, when the "evidence" is concocted via the microscope? So, lets examine this "diet" via the Macroscope. In other words, view the issue within the Universal context. This approach is essential for the Being we are, being a microcosm of Creation.

To begin with... what is Fire? Fire contrasts Water and BOTH are responsible for the Circulation or Cycle of every part within Creation. So, where is the fire and water in a stone? The answer we know when we understand what Originates fire and water.

Thus we must go much deeper with our research, in order to capture the issue within the context of the INFINITE Universe. Indeed, the Infinite contrasting the Finite. The Water element correlates with the finite and is evident by how water enables a stone to be formed. It is the element of the descension, cristalisation. This stage we experience in mother's Womb, where the Soul is retained within the density of the Body that is mostly comprised of water. The rest is the "fire" that enables the body to become warm. It is by both water and fire that the circulation occurs to distribute the warmth. The warmth or heat is actually the RESULT of the entire polarity process, enabling our Being to ascend by Consciousness. There is no heat by fire alone and certainly not by water alone. Within water there is fire and within fire there is water. And by the regulation of the water/fire element we can cultivate FREE WILL. This explains why the Creator singled out the Human for receiving the Gift of Fire, because we were given the Responsibility to lead all life on Earth into the Ascension process. Most of humanity have forgotten this universal task and are rather concerned with their egotistical concerns, such as "weight and looks". When there is a "weight and looks dilemma" then it is certainly NOT caused by eating properly cooked foods. Just stop listening to the scientific theories about nutrition and stop buying "foods" in supermarkets, then see how we will naturally come to our own conclusions about how we can communicate with the Creator of Food. It is by this lack of the integrity of mind that we listen to the "experts", who are not able to actually solve just one problem, not even the "common cold". The "raw food diet" is as EXPERIMENTAL as all the other diets which are based on the same "scientific theories", coming from "experts" who have no notion of the very principles of Alchemy. They have been schooled at the "inquisition based schools".

The warmth goes UP to the Brain, whereby the Consciousness grows in stages:

1. bodily functions
2. feeling
3. emotion
4. reasoning
5. social response
6. ideological aspiration
7. spiritual dedication

The 7 stages mentioned here are the result of the "stone becoming alive by the fire element"! This process of spiritualisation we can "observe in a flash" when we heat the stone long enough in a blazing fire. Even iron pulverises into ashes under extreme heat, but we do it slowly over a period of a lifetime. "In the end" it is "dust to dust - ash to ashes"... the "Phoenix rising from its own ashes".

The fire element grows in three stages:

1. "big bang fire", correlates with microwaves and electricity.
2. "organic fire", the combination of the first fire (spark) with organic matter and oxygen (needed to raise the first fire unto the infinite).
3. "Heart's fire", the Light that we can SEE from WITHIN, as the result of the "final experience" made possible by the second fire's warmth that can connect Heart and Brain (Mind).

These three fires are most profoundly integrated in our body in the form of an organ, the Triple-Heater or metabolism. The three fires also relate to the three astrological fire signs.

1. Aries - fire in the Raw form (microwave, electricity... used a lot by the raw foodist!), the desire to initiate, to get things going, with the consequent frustration when matters do not go as intended.
2. Leo - fire used for the cultivation of freedom, using the initiatives which were generated at the first stage (lower animals) and arranging them so that they continue to be effective, while retaining authority for itself. Leo, a fixed sign is to fix things so that they are preserved. With this fire we can establish a firm centre from where we can ascend or radiate. (The first fire has an imploding or anti-ascending effect that makes us rather an exclusive or fanatical selfish being).
3. Sagitarius - the freedom of fire is here expressed as the desire to expand one's horizon, ultimately being Unconditionally FREE. With this fire we can make the limit our Steppingstone.

But, how can we attain Freedom without the use and mastery of the second fire by way of Cooking? This highest Art, of the Alchemist, became obliterated with the infamous INQUISITION, that today's "raw food diet" in an ignorant way is supporting... The inquisition specifically targeted Woman (the "witch"), because she was the Alchemist whose Kitchen was the first temple, healing centre, school of life, laboratory and bank (the grainery that was part of the kitchen contained the First Money, the whole cereal grain). All of this is now controlled from the outer. The medical system, for instance, carries the inquisition's symbol, the cross. The "system" uses now the "global warming" as a justification to have humanity use electricity that is generated from nuclear energy. So, be aware that here raW spells War!
