Before this Womb becomes the inner-womb, there is the option to create an "artificial womb", which is the cauldron in which we can Change food according to our understanding of HOW to Change the food's quality and thus the quality of the blood of the eater too. This is the alchemy that only those who master fire and understand the principles of Change can perform. Fire is the element of ascension and in combination with the other elements, applied in a certain way, we actually begin to recreate ourselves according to our needs to become fulfilled.
Fulfilment has basically nine stages. These stages are described in the "Total Picture" article. The lowest level of fulfilment is just "filling the stomach". The satisfaction by taste is next. Then as we rise in consciousness, we increasingly refine our way of eating, because we want to become food for our "higher Self". Thus at first we identify ourselves by the eater who have just emerged from the "inner-womb". Then as our consciousness grows into the "outer-womb" context, we increasingly want to become food for the "ultimate Eater".
The mastery of the "in-between womb" by way of alchemy must be restored in order for us to truly come to fulfilment, by realising the Dream or Plan that brought us to Earth. That is, rise from Earth to become one with Creation and from thereon proceed with the realisation of the Infinite Dream. As such the context of the Womb grows too. In the course from the "outer-womb" into the "inner-womb" materialisation takes place. In the course from the "inner-womb" back to the "outer-womb" de-materialisation takes place. This second stage goes along with the ultimate refinement, which is Consciousness.
