CONSCIOUSNESS is the Spice of ALL THERE IS.
Life must bring out the Flavour.
We came to planet Earth to create a most powerful Recipe!
Division was needed to be able to Discern between what is distasteful and what is tasty.
It is now up to the ones with the Refined “taste -buds” to define the Recipe, by the Unification of ALL the necessary Ingredients.
The taste-buts are of the tongue.
The tongue is the guard of the Mouth and relates to the HEART.
In the Heart all opposites meet as ONE.
Therefore the Mouth is the PORTAL between the outer and the inner.
Thus the Recipe must come about by WORLD PEACE, the ultimate Health.
Health means Whole.
This is Macrobiotics in its truest sense.
Division must serve discernment, not separation.
Yin and Yang must be understood as Complementaries.
The “seven levels of judgement” as has been presented in the “macrobiotic teachings” must now be understood within the utmost extremes, FINITE and INFINITE.
Together they make Nine levels.
Thus complete = Whole = Macro.
The Eternal is ONE and becomes temporarily Two, with the delayed Perception of the Moment or eternal Now.
With this illusory Gap (correlates with the right-left brain / East-West gap) within the Oneness, we can most profoundly have an Experience by space and time.
Consequently we present “ourselves” by an identity that can be temporarily recorded on “paper” (passport, driver’s license, money, intimidation).
As such Yin and Yang are principled by “every beginning has an end”.
Now that the Recipe must come to completion….the Truth must be accepted that, the “tree is in the seed and the seed is in the tree”.
There is no beginning nor end, because ALL IS ONE.
The Inductive mindset must be used to comprehend the INEVITABLE return to the Oneness.
Here is where Macrobiotics makes its Quantum-leap in Consciousness.
ONLY from the Heart’s centre can we fully share with the Infinite Universe, for the circle (Yin) is the expanded centre (Yang).
What we from now on truly share will return to us many-fold, because the centre is the contracted circle.
