This Tibetan Buddhist garlic tonic
- clears fatty deposits in the blood
- improves metabolism
- increases the elasticity of blood vessels
- normalises body weight
- decoagulates the blood
Method
- Put 350g of freshly crushed garlic into a glass jar and add a quarter of a litre of good quality gin or vodka.
- Close the jar hermetically and keep it in the refrigerator for ten days.
- Strain it through fine muslin and put it back in the refrigerator for another two days.
- Now, using a dropper , take drops of the mixture at mealtimes in the following way:
