This Tibetan Buddhist garlic tonic

  • clears fatty deposits in the blood
  • improves metabolism

Method

  1. Put 350g of freshly crushed garlic into a glass jar and add a quarter of a litre of good quality gin or vodka.
  2. Close the jar hermetically and keep it in the refrigerator for ten days.
  3. Strain it through fine muslin and put it back in the refrigerator for another two days.
