The Soul is captured at conception in mother's Womb. Here we grow in the Human form by the Blood that has been biologically transmuted in the small-intestine from Food. The growth begins with the Heart and its pulsation indicates the connection that has been made between Creation and the Centre of centres, Within.
The Body becomes gradually Creation's microcosm as it grows by mother's blood via the umbilical cord. This inner-creation is then maintained by the flow of blood that harmonises the heart with the body-cells, which correspond with the stars. The blood's flow pattern is that of the "double infinity" also known as the "Celtic knot". The Oneheart dance pattern is that of the "double infinity" and has a universal healing (health means whole) effect on the dancer, for it affects the inner/outer stars synchronisity. It is by this harmony that Peace is created and maintained, from WITHIN. The One heart dance originated is Spain in a spontaneous manner during a Message of Blood teaching by an adoptive Hopi elder (Roy Littlesun). It became later known that the pattern is also of Scottish and Cherokee tradition.
Today's chaotic and confusing world began with the chaotic and confusing daily food. The blood that it has created has an immediate effect on our body, mind and soul. It should be quite obvious that it is only by Blood that we can function, feel, think, be conscious and make choices. The restoration of humanity's BLOOD quality within the Universal context is the Main-issue for the Global Healing of Body, Mind and Soul. The Oneheart dance can greatly enhance the harmonious relationship with Creation. And, since Creation and the Creator are one, it does not need argument that our closeness to the Creator is relative to the degree of our Health (much more than just "passing a medical health test").
The aim of the Oneheart Dance teaching is that it will become globally known and practised before the ending of 2012.
The Dance
1- The dancers form a circle and at its centre there can be a fire or any form of altar. The circle also contains the four directions (E-W-N-S) which together with the centre structure the dance's pattern.
2- The dancers move within the pattern (counter-clock while turning around the four directions) with the rhythm of a drum(s) or rattle(s). See diagram.
3- Focus on our own movement on the pattern along with the attention to the general movement, so that we can be in "psychic synchronisity" like a flock of birds in the sky. Singing and chanting can be applied. The duration of the dance depends on the nature of its purpose.
4- At a sign (drum stops for a second) the dancers again form a circle while keeping up the rhythm. And move in and out of the centre to indicate the oneness that has been attained during the dance.
5- The ashes of the central fire can then be shared and distributed around the world, to expand the consciousness that ALL IS ONE.
