The PLAN

explained according to the

Oneheart Teaching

and the Last Message of the Hopi

        The age-old global problem is disunity, which consummates in debilitation and death.  The goal to which each heart intrinsically seeks is the joyousness of Oneness, this is synonymous with true life, which has neither origin nor ending.  

        What follows is based on the Self-evident and the very Principle of Creation, which is CHANGE. Change is the only FORCE that does not change. Change and unconditional Love are the same.  The aim of this presentation is the Essence of the Solution that every individual can independently apply in the interest of the whole. Each part affects the Total. ALL IS ONE.  Any problem or conflict can ONLY be when this Truth is denied. The system that WE have created and that profits from this massive denial, is known as Consumerism – based on artificially created laws which deny humanity to live under Creator’s Law. President Obama’s “change-slogan” can be applicable alone to the attainment of a finite sense of justice, peace and freedom.  It is essential that such be understood and applied as the absolute and eternal constant within the context of the Infinite Universe. This alone will solve humanity’s past and present dilemma.  In other words, surrender to the Spirit of ONENESS which is present deeply within the Hearts of all.

        What follows is the introduction of the Practical Universal approach to establish “Heaven on Earth”, WITHIN. The Return to the Oneness is INEVITABLE. The question is HOW will we return - will it be by wisdom (“369”) or animalism (“666”) along with massive destruction both by war and natural calamities? The CHOICE is ours. Creator gave us FREE WILL (His Will) that we must now utilise to get out of the TRAP. As it is within so it is without. Freedom begins from Within.

        The world has come to the completion of a cycle of Consciousness. This required an entire Earth-evolution involving multiple civilizations, in preparation for the realisation of the PLAN.  We went through the seasons which put us through the trials which enabled the possibility that the Last Step be made, that is.... to make the Limit the Steppingstone.  Prophecies of doom must be heeded.  Such are inevitable when nothing is done universally to bring forth the Power of FREE WILL in service of Creation. It is by this Power—which is Creator’s Will—that can flow through us when we subject ourselves to His One Law.  In this way alone will the PLAN be fulfilled to make Earth the PORTAL of Peace.  Hence Liberation is REALISED for all. Therefore we need the two contrasting sides. We cannot make a portal with just one side.

        The two sides are Creation and “anti-Creation”. This means that in order to create “anti-Creation” we need to create secondary laws, which can also be arbitrarily enforced. As such secondary laws can be used as weapons, which ultimately make weapons the law. Consequently wars are waged to secure the interests of those who need to secure their one-sided and exclusive interests, which are completely different from that of the Creator of ALL.  Such interests can never be fulfilled, because they do not serve the Oneness.

        Up to the present MAN has “succeeded” alone with the creation of the extreme contrast or extreme illusory world.  Now we need to UNIFY the two sides in order to come back to Reality with a new consciousness of Freedom.  The Great TEST is at hand!  This requires the true Human to make a decided stand, causing the two sides to become One.  Such can be accomplished alone FROM WITHIN. We are Creation in the Human form and thus have also the Power to open the Portal, because Creation and Creator are ONE.  ALL IS ONE.

        We were able to create the contrasting side, because Creator gave us a Mind.  The Mind enables us to deviate from the Centre of centres that eventually we would find, in our HEART, where all opposites meet as ONE.  It is the nature of the brain-mind to seek the duality or external and entertain the illusion, wherein the conditions are established to grow in consciousness by looking into the MIRROR. Heart does the opposite. It always desires to Unify because it beholds the true Observer who has the full-spectrum Vision. A Mind with its limited perception, can assume control over Heart only when the BLOOD that connects these two inner-polarities lacks the MEMORY whereby we can be conscious...  that all comes from the same Source or Centre of centres.  We, in the end, will find such alone Within. The global creation of many national borders and sub-borders, which divide humanity, are the result of the outer-search. Consequently we have the UN, which has the responsibility to help with guiding humanity back to the true world and Principle of Universal Oneness.  This world correlates with the biblical injunction: “Thy Kingdom Come”.

        The distortion of the blood, as part of the PLAN in the creation of “anti-Creation”, came about by the infamous INQUISITION. It’s design was to change the inner-control of the individual into that of the outer-control. Therefore WOMAN became the primary target because she is the one who naturally Controls the FOOD that upon the consumption becomes the blood whereby we can begin to manifest in her womb.  Then upon birth enables us to function, feel, have emotions, think, discern, make a choice and finally identify ourselves by the God-given right to BE (I AM).

         Before the inquisition the KITCHEN was the true Centre of Government! It was the first church, hospital, laboratory, school and centre of economy.  Every home had its own bank where the whole cereal grain was stored, which is the universal money by which we can naturally and freely grow - having the Memory whereby we can be conscious of our true Self-worth. How are we identifying ourselves today? According to the laws which contrast the One Law and in which context?  Who or what is controlling our food whereby our relationship with the Creator can be determined? Who or what has become the god who controls our bank and concept and perception of value? Why are laws created to make it illegal for humanity to grow the original food (non genetically manipulated food)?  What is keeping us from returning to the control of our own blood-quality?  Why has it become illegal for the individual to present the Cure of cancer or any other disease that the establishment can only deal with by offering harmful drugs and associated methods whereby the masses retain disease at the expense of life?

        A massive EDUCATIONAL program is needed to restore the Kitchen as the Centre of Government! With this Centre we can restore the family-unit, so that the child can be raised with both parents under one roof. Not only was Woman persecuted (over ten million women were severely tortured and burned or boiled alive to instil the FEAR that’s needed for us to obey the secondary laws) but also the midwifes, alchemist (to establish chemistry and other forms of reactionary energies and conditions) and anyone who believes that the Creator is WITHIN.

        Has the inquisition ended? It has NOT. FEAR has deepened. At first we feared to be tortured. Today most of humanity fear to loose the comfort that keeps us in the “Velvet Prison” where we must identify ourselves by who we are NOT. Now the people are torturing each other by way of consumerism. Do we realise that we are walking over dead bodies just by doing the regular shopping at the supermarket? Everyday at least one hundred thousand people die in conjunction with keeping up Consumerism. They die of starvation, massacre, war, suicide, experimentation and even ritual murder. Do we care? The policeman may say that he knows that an arrest is unjustified, but then justifies it by saying “I just do my job”. And this goes all along the line from bottom to top.

        We must realise that the artificial order CANNOT maintain itself separate from Creation. It needs to be PARASITIC, so that the Creative Force can be channelled through the Human who has given up its Will to BE. Today’s world represents a Great Harvest of Universal Wealth.  We must know who we are serving.  Today’s money (illusory concept of value that allows the user of it to survive within a world that is owned by those who print the money) can be of value only so long as we get ourselves steadily deeper into the world of NO RETURN. The Truth is, we do not need money, money needs us.

        Now we must heed the last Message of the Hopi: “tell the world the Truth about Creator’s Law”.  This Law is CHANGE. Change is the absolute and eternal Constant of the infinite universe. And since we are in truth Eternal, we can only be in our Power when we live by the same One Law. This Law is Self-enforcing and thus does not need an army or police.  Creator’s One Law must be obeyed as the Primary Constant and not the laws which forbid us to bring forth the POWER whereby we can make the choice to BE. Such is part of the oath of office: “Thy Will Be Done”.  HIS Will allows us to have FREE WILL. This Will is the unstoppable Law or Change. It is only by the FUTILE attempt to break this Constant that we break and limit ourselves.. This has already become evident by most of humanity who are prematurely dying in hospitals from multiple diseases or some form of conflict in the “pursuit of happiness”.    Practically all physicians endorse and promote this procedure of ignorance. We must be aware that the medical system is a product of the inquisition, hence it is symbolised with Roma’s cross. Now we must change Roma into Amor!

        The “Last Question” is now presented to Humanity: “to BE or not to BE?” The education that is herein advances the exposure of truth or the “to BE”- OPTION. The contrasting “no option-option” is the martial law of which the “United Nations” is presently associated. “making war for peace” is not the answer.  As it is, the “NOT TO BE” system cannot exist without a myriad of problems and it offers not one single true solution, not even for the “common cold”. In fact the Solution has become illegal and the punishment by having a “mysterious death” will occur when the Solution can be globally presented. May it be favourably received when this statement comes to stage at the UN!

 As the Hopi phrase it, “in the end we will SEE”. Truth prevails. The restoration of the control of Heart over mind correlates with the prophetic “union of the Eagle (Mind) and the Condor (Heart).’’

        As it is, Humanity is being systematically redesigned in the image of an inferior god. The creation of the artificial blood, womb, sperm, insemination, heart and brain speaks for itself. The Change that president Obama mentioned must be implemented FROM WITHIN. The Law of laws must be now applied to ourselves. Firstly, by knowing how to again attain the mastery of changing the Food that contains the Total Memory (foremost the whole cereal grain) in the blood whereby we can become Conscious of who we truly ARE. This would be the conclusion of the grand experiment and the realisation of the PLAN to make Earth the PORTAL of Peace and Liberation. Everyone, regardless whether we are wrong or right, good or bad, rich or poor, smart or ignorant, needs to be liberated from the global TRAP, and no institution or any form of treaty can do it. It is only by the attainment of the Oneness that’s centred within Creator’s One Law, the only absolute common denominator, that the Circle of Hearts can be formed. This is not just a philosophy, theoretical notion or opinion. The truth is that the circle is the expanded centre and the centre is the contracted circle. The seed is in the tree and the tree is in the seed. How much more practical can we be in the common sense line of reasoning that ALL IS ONE?

        The Oneheart Teaching concerns the practical daily application of this truth. “Anti-Creation” can be easily identified, by its means to destroy the world, by the enforcement of laws which forbid us to Live by the Law of laws. Its principle and doctrine is to divide and conquer.

        In whose interest is it to create more laws, medicine, weapons, money and research to have more corruption, disease, war, poverty and ignorance? Now is the time for all beings to muster the COURAGE to accept the Creator as the ONLY Owner of the world and beyond. Creator’s One Law must be implemented as the Primary Constant. Humanity needs to enter the Decisive battle within and it includes the TOTAL Revolution/Restitution of body, mind and soul.  The recent “Spanish/Madrid revolution” could be the beginning of a Process, when after looking into the “Mirror”, seeing how corrupt the world has become… we must do the Self-examination in order to discover that the enemy is within our own selves—even a mind that has sold out to the deplorable system or philosophy of “NOT TO BE”, rather than to just BE.  This means we can be in Control of the enemy, because it has no where else to go.... “Got cha!” This adversary we can thus negate with the God-given Power for us to BE and it requires the application of Creator’s One Law. CHANGE, in daily life. Firstly by changing the quality of our blood by way of food. “Bad blood” is the breeding-ground of the enemy.

        To demonstrate and protest within the arena of politics and economy are merely free advertisements for a system that can only work as long as we remain focussed on the boundaries of the TRAP. What would be the sense of blaming the “scorpion for being a scorpion” to obscure our own incompetence to be a true Human? Let it be. It may sting itself when it has no way out from the circle of small-mindedness. The attainment of Liberation requires us to see and know ourselves as an Eternal Being and Creation in the Human form. The time is upon us to make the Choice to BE. As such we can negate the “evil” which thrives where good people do nothing”. Consumerism is coming to its end and so is the grand experiment. The Return to the true world requires us to make Creator’s One Law the Primary Constant.

        So far...  what has been said here must give a clue as how the true democracy can be established and how any form of terrorism can END. Countless casualties and destruction have been inflicted by the ENFORCEMENT of so-called “democracy” - more than what the “small fry” terrorists have caused. In either case it is the enforcement of the FEAR- based laws. In fact terrorism is the asset to the needed FEAR to maintain the TRAP, whether it is the big or small terrorist who does the damage.  The more means one has to enforce secondary laws the more violence can be used to make terrorism legal. It all began with the deviation from Creator’s One Law. Anyone who can THINK beyond the context of the political and economic order can come to the conclusion that unless humanity undergoes the basic UNIVERSAL REORIENTATION, the solution WILL come about by the same Force that we have NOT used by making the CHOICE to BE.  In our case on Earth, it will be Nature who will do the Enforcement of Creator’s One Law.  As prophecies stated, “there will not be one stone left unturned”. This building we are in now would be flat in a second. Anti-Creation welcomes this “solution”, because its nature is to have a backwards evolution, towards the “big bang”. Therefore it emphasises the most primitive forms of life, such as the seedless food, virus, chemicals, microwaves, chemistry over alchemy, survival over fulfilment, competition over union, consumerism over creation, and any form of reaction. Robotisation is on its agenda. Therefore anti-change is needed, to FIX the world within an illusory realm that will violently end, when we do not Wake Up in time and SEE who we truly ARE, because Truth is the ANSWER.

Extra emphases on the Inquisition

        In Australia there was a Rabbit epidemic and no matter how many rabbits were gunned down, its population increased. Then the ÏNQUISITION-method” was applied. Instead of just killing the rabbits, only the FEMALE rabbits were killed. Consequently the family structure got out of balance, because it is the female who has the Power to Create. The male-rabbits began to kill their young. It worked.

Final note

        The time is upon us to take advantage of the COSMIC OPPORTUNITY to attain Self-mastery, for it is certain that the political/economic system has, on a major level, been instrumental in assisting us to graduate from Mystery School Earth. The Diploma is attained when we can truly say “money needs us” instead of “we need money”. Therefore, no longer remain side-tracked by those who are corrupt and misuse money and political power. Some-”body” has to be “devil’s advocate.  Forgive, ALL IS ONE. True Wealth and Power we already have, WITHIN. Therefore our BLOOD must carry the MEMORY to be attained from the FOOD that we must master at the Original Centre of Government, the KITCHEN. As such the basis is set for the true Democracy, where we can truly say “Government of, by and for the people”. Then the infamous inquisition will END. We must remain focussed on the Realisation of the PLAN. WE can do it NOW, for the Infinite Universe is guiding us to this Joyous Goal!

        WE managed to create a massive poison on Earth. The plus of this “accomplishment” is that out of it WE can create a most Powerful Medicine! In other words, by making Creator’s Law, The Law, we can CHANGE that what needs to be changed. What we need now is the RETURN of the Alchemist, foremost WOMAN and her KITCHEN!

        Further information about food preparations for normal daily life and healing can be acquired under the name of MACROBIOTICS (books, internet) which’s principle was prevalent throughout the world until the inquisition made an end to it. And that is how it is today.

        This Message was conceived at the last enclave of Hopiland (“Titus Farm”, Third Mesa/Arizona) that has been declared Sovereign Under Creator’s Law.

The Total Picture

The Purpose of EXISTENCE is to gain CONSCIOUSNESS and by consciousness we can CREATE. What we, while in the state of existence, want to create is Consciousness, from WITHIN.

ALL IS ONE and since we originated from the ONE, all we can DO is to BE one with the ONE.

Only then can we REALISE that we are the creator of our own reality.

This is HAPPINESS, and a PLAN is needed to set in motion the Process for the SELF-realisation.

Therefore we have the OBSERVER and the MIRROR, who at the end must become ONE.

The Mirror is created in the Dissension Process, in 9 stages (see illustration).

Then the Evolutionary Process or Earth-experience is needed to raise INTELLIGENCE to the stage where we can use it by the Doing.

Foremost in Service of the ONE.

This we know as Thinking in Action.

Ultimately we can create by Thought.

As the Nervous system develops through the Animalistic stages, the thinking-quality also evolves: mechanical, sensorial, sensual (sex), emotional, intellectual, socially, ideological, universal, AS IS (SELF-evident).

This process goes along with the sharpening of the DISCERNMENT whereby we can make a CHOICE.

By the highest level of discernment, by seeing and knowing the opposites as Complementary, we can bring forth Creator’s WILL through us (Creation in the Human form).

As such we can truly use FREE WILL.

Ultimately by making the Choice to BE, I AM.

Thus instead creating by thought, now we can create by Will, His Will, because we have become one with the ONE.

The Dark side does not want this to happen, that’s why it tries to establish the External authority as the control factor.

For this reason we have today’s government that uses the satellite-control to seal off humanity from the Heavens or Greater-Mirror, in which we can See the Greatness WITHIN.

The following can give an idea about the TRANSCISSION from the Earthly into the Heavenly, that we must establish WITHIN.

The complementary illustration is that of the TRAP, where today’s humanity is kept in the animal-cages (nations), by the way of “divide and conquer”, and it is with UNIDO that we can begin with the LIBERATION from the TRAP.

       The biblical “Thou Will be Done on Earth as it is in Heaven” and “Thou Kingdom come” …can be concluded with the prophetic Ünion of the Eagle (Mind) and the Condor (Heart)”.  All together to be REALISED with UNIDO.

        UNIDO is not just a “revolution”. It implies the Decisive-Battle-WITHIN and is based on the TRUTH that ALL IS ONE. We have come from the ONENESS and there is nowhere else to go to but to BE IN IT. To BE with-IN is IT! The Oneness is without as it is within and only by the illusory distance between the outer and the inner can our SPIRIT have an EXPERIENCE that is needed to gain the Consciousness whereby we can Create. In other words, the experience must lead us to the Realisation that we are the creator of our own reality. “God helps those who help themselves”.

        It is by our Spirit to be contained in the temporary physical BODY, which is Creation in the Human Form, that we can gradually grow in consciousness, from the animalistic towards the true humanistic level.At the animalistic stage, FOOD must be eaten in order to distil the outer into the inner. The MIND will at first be the dominating factor, to set the basis for the cultivation of consciousness. And with the distilling-process (digestion of food) the focus can go deeper within, until it arrives at the Nothingness (Still-point and Silence of the Heart’s Centre) from where we began, with the difference that we Return with the I AM Consciousness That’s why in the digestive-process the food becomes increasingly finer and is further liquefied in the form of the BLOOD whereby we can feel and think. Thus even “finer than fine”. That’s why the Brain develops though the Earthly evolution, so that the consciousness (“finest food”) can develop through the mentally based experiences. Then we can penetrate into the Centre of centres, which is our HEART, where we can come the closest to the only ONE (“Ultimate Fine”). Our Body, inner-Creation is the “Supreme Refinery”!” This can be, because Creation and Creator are ONE. By having our Body serve the world we serve the ONE. That’s why all service rendered for the Good of All will Return tenfold to the one who Serves from the Heart.

        Once we have fully UNDERSTOOD the Total Process of Consciousness and having it fully INTEGRATED in each Cell of our Body (blood becomes the body cell), only then can the Control come from WITHIN. As such Heart will control Mind. This is what Under-Standing means, to “Stand-Under”. While still at the mental plane our Mental-being must fully SURRENDE to the ONE and make His One Law, CHANGE, our Primary Constant.

        We must make the final CHOICE, the BE, so that the MIRROR (outer) and OBSERVER (inner) can become ONE. As such we can Graduate from the lower animalistic stage to become truly Human. The union of Understanding (Mind) and WIL (Creator’s Power or Love) will then takes place, enabling us to create by Will instead of by Mind. FREE WILL, HIS WILL, can then freely flow through us. We will be free from all exclusivity, pre-justice, emotional drama and any form of fear, guild and shame. Opinions of others of what they think and say about us doesn’t matter, because we are fully able to Listen to our Heart  This is what the UNIDO-process that’s based on the Oneheart Teaching offers, for us to attain TOTAL Liberation. And today’s world gives us the Greatest OPPORTUNITY to do so, because it serves as the MIRROR to Examine what we THINK and DO. It is basically by not being in control of our Blood-quality, due to not be in control of the Food we eat, that we can be controlled and exploited from the outer. UNIDO also represents to POWER to Change Roma (Division) into Amor (Union). This we CAN DO, because CHANGE is the LAW of laws, that can bring us consciously back to the ONE Who is WITHIN.

        Before the infamous inquisition the KITCHEN was the Centre of Government. It was the first temple, hospital, laboratory, school and centre of economy. Therefore any WOMAN who showed her Power of Control was declared “witch”. So, the “witch-hunt” began and in that period over ten million women were severely tortured and burned or boiled alive in public, to instil the FEAR that was needed to enable secondary laws to be obeyed by humanity. Secondary laws will not work without ones fear. Today many more millions of women are subjected to the “official abuse”. They are “hand-raped” upon a “medical examination”. Breasts are lopped off and wombs removed due to the “inquisition controlled foods and beverages”, “medicine” and massive invasion of household articles. Even fashion has been used to create the cooling of the womb-area and its detrimental consequences.

      What is so important about the kitchen? Here FOOD is controlled by way of cooking and its quality determents the quality of the BLOOD of the eater. The blood in turn controls the quality of being, totally – physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. It is by blood that we can begin to manifest in mother’s womb, then upon birth can function, feel, have emotions, think, discern, make a choice, act and finally identify ourselves by the God-given right to BE. To BE, when the right food is chosen, prepared and eaten according to Creator’s Law. But with the consumption of the corporate manipulated food and by the created blood thereof, the entire being can be oriented towards a way of life where total submission can be established to an order of total EXPLOITATION – then the HARVEST of the Soul, as the final result of ones total inability to use the WILL to BE. People have become the sheeple who obey any law, regardless how corrupt and stupid they are.

      Humanity has come to the stage where the energies of the collective being can be harvested, either by the Creator of ALL or by an inferior god. Our CHOICE between these two options is determined by our decision whether we want to restore our control of our blood-quality, by making our Kitchen again the Centre of Government, or not.

      As it is today, the establishment will NOT provide any cure for any disease, not even the “common cold”. Know that the medical system is a product of the inquisition. It therefore identifies itself with the Vatican-cross.

      Before the inquisition there was no Spain. There was Iberia that consisted of different kingdoms. Then Rome (Roma) came and conquered one kingdom after another and thus Iberia became a colony of Rome. The children of Spain were then indoctrinated and trained to become “Romans”. The “Roman soldiers” didn’t come from Rome, they were of the conquered lands and of mercenaries – similarly as today’s armies who merely serve corporate interests. Some “romanticise” the “Romans and their ruins”… Could this happen with the “Americans and their ruins”?

      The “Romans” never left Spain… Spain is still a colony of Rome! Then the “Romans” conquered the rest of Europe and they never left… all European nations are still the colonies of Spain! Europe conquered the Americas and also here… they never left. All of the Americas are the colonies of Spain! “America”, by way of politics, commerce, junk-food, coca cola and war conquered the world… the whole world has become Rome!

      Considering that all is God-willing, what could be the purpose of the most cruel and painful inquisition-drama? What is the PLAN? Is it true that we came to Earth to make her the PORTAL of Peace and Liberation? When this is true, then the realisation of the PLAN requires the Two Complementary Sides. We cannot create a portal with just on side. WE managed to create the extreme contrasting side of Creation, which is today’s world and this “anti-Creation” is also within us. ALL IS ONE. “anti-Creation” can only come about by it to have a constant around which its order can be maintained. Therefore laws must be obeyed which can be artificially enforced by way of FEAR. The fear to be tortured has set the basis for the legalisation of the world. Everything has become legalised and can thus be owned by a “chosen few” who designed the “laws. Even space (travel, shelter, property), time (clocked energy), water, medicine, thinking (“intellectual property”, education, media), relationship (marriage licence), existence (birth certificate), value (money), goodwill (tax-exempt), identity (passport), etc ,  can be used to keep humanity within a mental-Trap. “anti-Creation” cannot come about unless the people have become sheeple! Béééé.

      Mind this, law is a constant and the only absolute and eternal constant is Creator’s Law, which is CHANGE. Therefore the secondary laws of the secondary order, “anti-Creation”, must create an order that absolutely goes against Change. This explains today’s way of life that has become extremely FIXED, in every detail, bureaucratically, economically, scientifically, socially, environmentally, etc. It will ultimately create the human ROBOT that obeys any artificial law. Among profound spiritual leaders and wisdom-keepers, for instance the Sufi, it has been stated that today’s global order’s aim is to create the Satanic Race. Obviously it is happening and therefore promotes the artificial food that becomes the artificial blood, consequently the artificial ovum, sperm, insemination, birth, way of life, artificial circulation (dialyses along with the artificial heart) and at last the artificial brain that after it has been micro-chipped can be linked to the globally encircled satellite system (artificial god). And the “medical-system” that advises humanity to eat the worst food… has been used in this satanic scheme.

      Now we have the Two Sides (applause) and it is up to the True People to UNITE them, from WITHIN. We must be a true Human, who is Creation in the Human form! It requires the prophetic “Union of the Eagle and the Condor” be realised. The Eagle correlates with the Mind and the Condor correlates with the Heart. The union of Mind and Heart needs the BLOOD that contains the Total MEMORY derived from the Total FOOD, because these inner-polarities (Mind/inner-Heaven and Heart/inner-Earth) are inter-connected by the blood. It was by way of the inquisition that the inner Heaven-Earth could be distorted, sabotaged, with all the consequences thereof.

      The inner-Union that will effect the outer-Union, World Peace, requires one to be the I AM, who will make Creator’s Law the Primary Constant, showing the world that it is POSSIBLE to RETURN to the True World with a New Consciousness of FREEDOM, by Changing the greatest Poison into the greatest Medicine! Hence the Last Message of the HOPI:  “tell the world the Truth about Creator’s Law”.

        Women around the world must rise by the way of FORGIVENESS (make the Two One), which goes along with the Practical Means, of which the KITCHEN needs to be restored as the Centre of Government. As such the prophetic “Heaven on Earth” will be realised, from WITHIN. By Changing Roma into Amor we will Realise the PLAN! We must make Creator’s Law the Primary Constant and apply it first of all to ourselves, by getting again in CONTROL of our BLOOD-quality. Thus “get a firm hold on the panhandle”!

God/god = Law/law

        Who does one worship: God or god? What is worship and what is God?

Worship is adoration – having an affinity to that which supports us in one way or another, or as a whole. What supports us most (that we are aware of) we worship most; this is to us our God.

        Law is the Constant by which our needs and existence are perpetuated. The guarantee for the support we need to exist is Law. Consider the two existences of Being: one is temporary - measured between birth and death; the other is eternal and has neither beginning nor end. When we primarily, or only, consider our existence as temporal, we primarily, or only, subject ourselves to temporal laws. Such laws are governed under a secondary or inferior god. However, when our eternal existence is our primary concern, we will follow the Eternal and Unbreakable One Law of the Creator of All. This God we worship is the true and only God. God (Creator of All) = Law (Eternal Constant) = CHANGE.

        The Law/law is the God/god. We can know which God/god we follow by the Law/law we use to sustain or protect ourselves. The Law of God is made by Him and can only be enforced by Him. Since God is in everything and everyone, this Law is self-enforcing. When we Live His Law, we live a Just Life. On the contrary, man-made laws have to be enforced by man; artificial forces are required to make these laws work. It requires a deductive mindset.

        Organised religion and education are supposed to be employed to instil co-operation with temporal or man-made laws. The concepts of obligation, guilt, insecurity, shame and fear become the tools to enforce these laws. Addiction tops them all, making one obey "the law" without a second thought. The god of addiction today is ruling through money, drugs, "medicine," "social security," junk foods, etc. The laws of this god are enforced by police and armies at first, but then, when one's acceptance of the "law" is imprinted in one's brain, one will no longer care to question the difference between God and god. This is the imminent danger the world is facing today:

Global Slavery, the “Happy Slave.”

        Our true Freedom depends on our endlessly growing consciousness of Law. The boundary of Freedom is the endless growing horizon, which unfolds as we try to connect with God. The opposite of Freedom, slavery, is contained within our shrinking horizon of instant gratification and addiction. When we allow these to weaken our bodies and minds, fear, anger, and anxiety become constants in our lives. This opens the gate to the extreme setback in evolution.

        Man-made laws are indeed necessary when we fail in comprehending the One Law. Man-made laws can be safely used, with the stipulation that they are not used to overrule those who obey the Law of all laws. Going against the Supreme Law is a declaration of war against God and His Creations and leads to self-destruction. Disease, insanity and natural upheaval indicate a response to the insults against the Highest Order. Today the world is being destroyed under the auspices of "law and order," because the "law" now serves exclusive interests.

        The time has arrived that we can be seen as mirrors of one another. Also the inner and the outer can be seen as one. The Truth must be revealed as to which law we subject ourselves to, because by the law we follow we can know the God or god we worship. When we worship the true God, we will NOT suffer from self-denial and self-oppression, because God also exists within us, as we exist within God. With that consciousness we can truly begin to be as generous and forgiving as the Creator of All. Jealousy, fear and hatred indicate the worship of a false god.

        Now we must throw off our mask and have our spirit be tested. Those who lack Courage to do so will hide behind money, politics, weapons and religion. With the True Power shining through us, we can be innocent as a babe, not possessed by our possessions.

        Conclusion… when we DIVIATE from Creator’s One Law we will create our own laws… that we then have to enforce ourselves. Consequently manmade laws are used as weapons, which ultimately make Weapons the law. To make Creator’s One Law the Primary Constant of the World is the First Step towards World Peace.

Is the Answer

        One of the last of the Hopi wisdom keepers’ Message (Titus): “tell the world the truth about Crator’s Law”.

“the teachings are in the corn (seed)” is the formula of the Hopi to substantiate Spiritual Life, that will ultimately lead to the Self-realisation. We can expand on this formula with “the seed is in the tree and the tree is in the seed”. What is essential here is CHANGE, the absolute and eternal Constant of Creation. This constant is Creator’s Law.

Corn or maize is like any seed the beginning and end of the plant. So, by Change we can experience beginning and end in two ways: as One (seed) and as Two (tree). At the “tree stage” we can see how Change can Create. Thus by the Two or Duality the Perception occurs by the contrast of inner and outer, time and space, past and future, high and low, back and front, right and left. As such we can see a seed growing into a tree. Root (low) and branch system (high) and the four directions (back/front/right/left) are instrumental to culminate the environment or extend of space and time into one context, in which the nature of the seed can come to manifestation, by form, colour, taste, smell and substance. Then, upon saturation all of it Changes back into the seed, with the difference of quantity. In other words, millions upon millions of seeds can be created out of one seed. This phenomena indicates the very nature of the Creator, that He is the only ONE, Unique and thus Eternal, Unstoppable. So, in order to REALISE our true Self we must be in CONSTANT communion with Change. On a physical level this happens anyway. Our entire being, into the very atom, is in constant flux or synchronisity with Creation. It is only by the Futile attempt of the disconnected Mind from Heart to go against Change, that we can experience the corruption in the form of pain, unhappiness and destruction.

        As we Mentally and Spiritually evolve… we must become Conscious of HOW to go along with Change. For this reason we have been given Free Will. This Power represents the Creative Force that will flow THROUGH us when we make a CHOICE. The level of choice making and quality of manifestation thereof,, depends on the level of DISCERNMENT. Accordingly we can Create by His Will, when the choice is made in Service of His PLAN. We cannot create much when we make a choice on the lowest level of discernment, by “mine and yours”. Obviously, all the choices made on the egotistic level will in the end un-create. Just go over all the ideologies which have created great nations. Civilisations have self-destruct, because the Law or Constant it went by was not prioritised by Creator’s Law. Again we have a civilisation that is muddling with legislations, treaties and covert actions, with total disregard for Creator’s Law. It has taken out the human from the cycle of life, by the prohibition to freely live on the land, so that our independent and close relationship with nature (goes by Creator’s law) can be realised. Today’s “global warming” and all sorts of pollution can ONLY be solved by dealing with the very root-cause. We do not need lengthy and costly researches to know that by Creator’s Law, CHANGE, any pollution and corruption will naturally dissolve. This is the dilemma of the modern scientific order, that it uses the deductive mindset along the line of the principles of chemistry or reaction. It is with this mindset that the separation of Mind and Heart are maintained. Now we must raise the level of discernment and acknowledge that Alchemy or Change is The constant and final ANSWER.

        The nine basic levels of discernment also correlate with how we identify ourselves, on the corresponding level .

The Nine levels of Discernment:

1. mine/yours - property
2. like/dislike - senses
3. good/bad - emotion
4. right/wrong - reason
5. proper/ improper - social
6. correct/incorrect - ideological
7. reality/illusion - universal
8. to BE/not to BE - choice
9. I AM - truth

        So, consider 1 – 8 the “growth of the tree” to be distilled into the “seed”, 9. This is what the “day of judgment” is all about.  The “judge” is not “somewhere in the clouds”. He is WITHIN and in order to obey His Will we must live by His Law. The tree is instrumental for the creation of more seeds. Therefore the seed is eternal. By becoming the Seed (9) creation will come forth Through us. That’s why our being is the microcosm of creation. Without the attained consciousness, however, the Self must return into the “next tree” until it has reached the 9^th level of discernment. Today’s most chaotic and corrupt world offers the greatest opportunity to attain the supreme degree of Freedom, by changing the great poison into a most powerful Medicine!

        What is a Prison? Why do we need a prison? These basic questions need to be answered first, in order to make the prison not needed anymore. Prisons are not pleasant places to be in and are a burden to society when they are not properly used. Today’s prisons are breeding-grounds of crime, because the laws which are used to sentence the criminal are the result of the criminal behaviour against the Creator and His Creation, by the “higher ups”. Creator’s Law has been overruled by the laws of those who want to be the leader and owner of the world. Of course this cannot be unless humanity FULLY AGREES with the CORRUPTION. The principle to be applied is to let the Mind fully control the Heart, and goes along with making secondary laws overrule the only true Constant or Law, of the Creator. And, since Creator and Creation are One, Creation must be put under the control of the secondary laws as well. This oppressive approach has been staged on Earth through the Human Potential that’s centre around FREE WILL. This Will is that of the Creator Who controls from Within the Heart. Moreover, the Human, being Creation in the human form… needs to be redesigned (cloned) in the image of the inferior god or warden of the Velvet Prison. A Velvet Prison it has to be, otherwise humanity will not VOLUNTEER to be in it! This prison can only come to completion when there is not a single true Human left who can possibly make us SEE the invisible walls of the Prison. This is how the walls have become invisible. It is of the disconnected Mind, from the Heart:

        Dictionary: Fear is having the unpleasant feeling that you think you are in danger This idea or concept of what fear is has been used as the principle to TRAP Humanity by the way of CONSUMERISM. Moreover, “democracy” became possible by this self-oppressive state of Mind, in the creation of a “Happy Slaves” planet.

The sequential steps for the creation of Consumerism are as follows:

1-Change the Unpleasant into the “pleasant”, in such a way that the “pleasant” becomes the desirable psychologically norm in daily life – systematically controlled through “education”, commercials, “scientific information” (derived from corporate funded laboratories), media, politics… to justify the “need” to market the “comforts”.

2-Make all of the above only available by a monopolised concept of value, which is the money that is under full control of those who have created stage 1. As such we must Labour and even kill (doesn’t matter what job, as long as it pays well) to get the money we need to have the desired comforts.

3-Make us uncomfortable with the idea that our comfort-zone can be taken away by another. Thus we must compete to stay on top of our job. Self-oppression by people policing each other.

4-Expand the competition between categories of nations by way of political ideologies, so that the fear to loose the acquired comfort is instigated on a global scale. Fascism and communism were financed by the SAME who now finance “democracy”. It has let to today’s “globalisation” where one end of the world has to depend on the other end, through the middleman or the “Same”. Now humanity can be easily full-scale played out on the psychological level by way of economics. Money is purely a mind created “non-thing”.

5-The only thing left to be controlled by the “Same” is the Soul or the Direct Connection with the Creator. Therefore we must fully deny the Creator Within. This control is essential for the system that is managed under the rule of an inferior god, because we are Creation in the Human Form. And since Creator and creation are One, we must first of all relinquish Creation Within by way of FOOD. For food is the Link between us and Creation Without (Total Mirror), which is the realm by which we can REALSE who we ARE, in order to expand our consciousness of FREEDOM. This expansion can only be when we have the WILL to make the Limit the Steppingstone. In other words, changing the conditional into the unconditional. The more conditions we acquire the more we block ourselves from true Freedom, and by consumerism we exponentially create the condition – that’s why the system will NOT provide a single solution for any problem. “medicine” and “laws” are created to create more of it. This has become glaringly obvious.

6-Now that our most basic need, FOOD, is globally under the control of “the Same”, money is the only thing left for survival. That is, when we continue our thinking to be controlled by the “food of the Same”. The “Same” know this too, that’s why the last extreme efforts are made to outlaw any real food that can be independently grown.

7-Meanwhile, the “Same” systematically reduce the value of the money whereby the masses measure themselves by. It proportionally declines the self-esteem and along with the increasing need to have money… it becomes likely for us to in turn to become the worthless money with the acceptance of the microchip-implant. Then, since “democracy” is of the “majority rule system” (controlled by the “Same”) – when the masses have accepted the implant, the microchip becomes then mandatory, like it already is with the pet dog. Humanity has then joined “Mc Donald’s Farm - Heya heya ho”! We have become like sheep.

8-In the 1-7 process the concept of “terrorism” has been used to increase the Fear-factor, to the point where we completely Fear to BE. It requires us to fully accept CORRUPTION AS THE NORM. The “911 incident” was therefore staged. In full view of the world we witnessed the deliberately clumsy set up to blame a “Bin Laden” for the act, but now it has become a “public secret” that it was to the benefit of the “Same”, who now can show that humanity have surrendered to their will, by accepting ourselves to be treated as a “potential terrorist” at “checkpoints” around the world. This will go on until the entire planet is “under check” via the satellite system. The sell-out to a inferior god has almost come to completion. Almost, because there is still the chance to restore the Kitchen as the Centre of Government.

In the midst of a world where the masses feel comfortable with CONSUMERISM… we can expect great resentment when we point out that consumerism is humanity’s worst Disease and that it can only be Cured with the Total Revolution from within – today known as the Oneheart Revolution. Consumerism is not just the satisfying of appetites. It has become the global disease that drags millions of people in the mass-grave upon great sufferings. Daily at least 100.000 people die of starvation, so that the “unaffected nations” can happily do their daily shopping. The “globalisation” makes sure that one end of the world must depend on the other end to get the distribution of food secured. The demand of the “privileged consumer” is not restricted to food. All things that the “privileged consumer” wants has to be available at their fingertips, the same fingers which touch the money to keep the consumer “on top of the world”. Although this “all you can eat person” is pushed with the back against the wall, it will not DO anything effective (nothing) to help with the CURE. The Backwards force is greater, because the power to advance is lacking, due to the absence of the enough Caring and Sharing with the world. We can come to this conclusion when we do the sincere Self-examination from the Heart.

Consumerism is the Control-factor of Demonocracy

“For several thousands of years human beings have suffered from a plague, a disease worse than leprosy, a sickness worse than malaria, a malady much more terrible than small-pox. ”Indigenous people have been tracking the same ‘psychic’ virus that I call malignant egophrenia for many centuries and calling it ‘wetiko,’ a Cree term which refers to a diabolically wicked person or spirit who terrorizes others.

After evoking an entity like wetiko, in order to study it as objectively as possible, we have to hermetically seal it within an alchemical container. This ensures that its mercurial spirit doesn’t vaporize back into the invisibility of the unconscious, where it would act itself out through us. Jung continually emphasized the importance of developing a container or vessel in which to catch troublesome spirits like wetiko. He writes, “Therefore, if anything is wrong, take it out of its place and put it in the vessel that is between your neighbor and yourself…For love of mankind, create a vessel into which you can catch all that damned poison. For it must be somewhere – it is always somewhere – and not to catch it, to say it doesn’t exist, gives the best chance to any germ.” Wetiko is an elusive spirit that is challenging to pin down and say it is ‘this’ or ‘that.’ At the same time, it is critical that we attempt to delineate its properties. Unlike a physical virus, the wetiko bug can not be isolated materially, but its characteristic signature can be detected and seen in the peculiar operations of a psyche that is under its spell. To not recognize the existence of the wetiko germ – ‘to say it doesn’t exist’ – allows the psychic infection to act itself out unrestrained. Being ‘always somewhere’ is to be nonlocal, which means that it is always around, even potentially, or especially, within ourselves. In calling forth the wetiko spirit, we are simultaneously creating, through our inquiry itself, the container in which we can study this bug so as to understand what in fact we are dealing with, see how it operates out in the world, in others, and subjectively, within ourselves. In order to come full circle in our contemplative exercise/exorcise, we have to homeopathically take our contemplation back within ourselves. As if in a dream where the inner is the outer, we can recognize that the wetiko virus that we have been tracking ‘out there,’ outside of ourselves, is a reflection of and co-related to the same process within ourselves. The wetiko virus is the root cause of the inhumanity in human nature, or shall we say, our seemingly inhuman nature. This ‘psychic virus,’ a ‘bug’ in ‘the system, in-forms and animates the madness of so-called civilization, which, in a self-perpetuating feedback loop feeds the madness within ourselves.

This disease, this wetiko (cannibal) psychosis, is the greatest epidemic sickness known to man. We, as a species, are in the midst of a massive psychic epidemic, a virulent collective psychosis that has been brewing in the cauldron of humanity’s psyche from the beginning of time. Like a fractal, wetiko operates on multiple dimensions simultaneously – intra-personally (within individuals), inter-personally (between ourselves), as well as collectively (as a species). The wetiko germ is a psychic tapeworm, a parasite of the mind. Just like certain computer viruses or malware infect and program a computer to self-destruct, mind-viruses like wetiko can program the human bio-computer to think, believe and behave in ways that result in our self-destruction. Wetiko is a virulent, psychic pathogen that insinuates thought-forms into our mind which, when unconsciously en-acted, feed it, and ultimately kills its host (us). It doesn’t want to kill us too quickly however, for to successfully implement its agenda of reproducing and propagating itself throughout the field, it must let the host live long enough to spread the virus. If the host dies too soon, the bug would be prematurely evicted and would suffer the inconvenience of having to find a new residence.

Like a cancer of the mind that metastasizes, in wetiko disease, a pathological part of the psyche co-opts and subsumes all of the healthy parts of the psyche into itself so as to serve its pathology. The personality then self-organizes an outer display of coherence around this pathogenic core, which ‘masks’ the inner dysfunction, making it hard to recognize. In a psychic coup d’etat, the wetiko bug can usurp and displace the person, who becomes its puppet and marionette. Like a parasite, the wetiko virus can take over the will of an animal more evolved than itself, enlisting that creature into serving its nefarious agenda. Once the parasite becomes sufficiently entrenched within the psyche, the prime directive coordinating a person’s behavior comes from the disease, as it is now the one calling the shots. Just as someone infected with the rabies virus will resist drinking water, which would flush out the infection, someone taken over by the wetiko parasite will have nothing to do with anything that will help them get rid of the disease. Wetikos are phobic towards the light of truth, which they avoid like the plague. In advanced stages, this process takes over the person so completely that we could rightfully say the person is no longer there; they are just an empty shell carrying the disease. In a sense there is just the disease, operating through what appears to be a human being. The person becomes fully identified with their mask, their persona, but it is as if there is no one behind the mask.

wetiko is nonlocal, in that it is an inner disease of the spirit, soul and psyche that explicates itself through the canvas of the outside world. Certain people, groups of people, corporate bodies, or nation-states embody and act out this psychological malady in the world. Specific situations in the world, such as the destruction of the Amazon rainforest by myriad multi-national corporations, or Monsanto instituting terminator seeds as it tries to gain control of the production of the food supply, are real-life enactments, both literally and symbolically, of this self-destructive, inner process. Certain potent symbols in our shared waking dream are literally showing us this inner, vampiric dynamic, a stupefying process in which we get bled dry of what really counts.

To quote Don Juan, “Indeed we are held prisoner! This was an energetic fact for the sorcerers of ancient Mexico.” Don Juan is referring to an ‘energetic fact’ that I imagine most of us can relate to; i.e., there is ‘something’ within us that stops us from expressing our true creative genius and attaining our full potential. These predators are ‘time-bandits,’ consuming the precious hours of our lives, as if we are wage-slaves on a prison-planet ‘doing time.’ Deepening his description of these predators, Don Juan elaborates, “They took over because we are food for them…we are their sustenance. Just as we rear chickens in chicken coops, gallineros, the predators rear us in human coops, humaneros.” The wetiko virus particularly flourishes in overpopulated cities, where people are ‘coop-ed up.’ When we buy into group-think and are enlisted as a member of the herd, we become like sheep that are being led over the edge of a cliff, or cattle that are being raised to be slaughtered.

Don Juan continues, “The predators give us their mind, which becomes our mind.” It is as if these predators are in competition with us for a ‘share’ of our own mind. The predator shape-shifts and assumes our form, and if we are unaware of its masquerade, we will identify with its invasive thought-forms as if they are our own, and act them out. We will mistakenly believe that we are acting on our own impulses, with our best interests in mind.

The “Wetico-virus” is the final result of the extreme decomposition of the Complex human cell. The great density of the human body-cell is due to the great ability to internally release the Total Memory that’s derived from the daily Total Food consumption, which is the whole cereal grain (“food of the gods”). It is by the weakening of the memory that the complex cell can disintegrate, to become a greater number of simple cells. First the bacteria and then the virus when the disintegration continuous. Ultimately the virus can change into radiation that goes along with heat (“fever or trash-bin heat”). The disintegration becomes increasingly subtle until it becomes a most refined form of illusion, thus non-existent to the senses and even to the mind. But those who have the sophisticated nano-technology, they can manipulate our mind from ground-level via the satellite system. The global chemtrailing is a part of this technology. The saturation of the sky with a certain composition of chemicals (including aluminium, barium and dried human blood, to be attracted by the “Coca Cola and Mc Donald residues” saturated body), along with the massive use of microwaves with a certain frequency, are needed to fully control the brain (our brain’s frequency and that of the outskirt of the ionosphere have the same frequency, 500 km up) that can then be become a major component of the Global Slavery Computer. This computer becomes complete with the final microchip implant. Now in pets, then in us. Earth has to be retarded in its evolution (that’s where the massive deforestation and destruction of the seed is for), so that her condition can be most suitable as the habitat for the “Wetico-virus! Instead of Creation in the Human form… we then become the Wetico-virus in the human form. The Hopi prophecy states that there will be a time that one can see on a screen what we think and make us think by what the slave-master’s program dictates. We aren’t too far off, aren’t we?

How the global prison is maintained

Everything we fear and go along with, becomes our master. At first there was the “bacteria-fear”. Thus the antibiotic (anti-life) was created to integrate the nature of the bacteria. Then it became the “virus-fear”, to be integrated with the vaccine. In other words, an illusion has been used to instil the fear about Nothing, so that we can be mastered by “something” that cannot be detected by the senses and mind, to then be trapped within invisible walls or Nothing. Yet heavily conditioned but not noticed, because we have become Nothing.

This goes on towards subtler levels until we become Fear, by the integration of the “fear creating fear virus”. Finally the spiritual suicide by the complete surrender to the satanic god who owns the antibiotic, vaccine, nano-technology, monetary system and… “education/media”.Top of Form

From Latin norma…carpenter's square or a rule. The Norm can hereby interpreted in two ways:

1. Within the Changing World. 2. Within the Unchanging World

Both worlds are maintained by a Constant or Law. The Norm of the changing world is Constant, Absolute and Eternal. This assures the Eternal World (“here and now”) without a beginning and end, where at every Moment the Two are One. This explains the ultimate Power of the Individual’s (from Latin individuus/indivisible, “indivisible-two”) Free Will, by which the Choice can be made to be driven by the Unstoppable Moment. This Supreme Force becomes complete with the Self-realisation (the to BE or I AM). Being gifted with Free Will the Self (closest to the Creator, within) can choose to be Conscious within the outer or within the inner.

When the choice is made to experience the outer world, over the inner, then the Perception of constant or law has to be changed, because change does not change. Thus by applying the Deductive mindset, by which the concept of constant can be changed into the Inconstant (laws that can be changed), the Self can be “externalised”. Consequently the order of the outer-world must become fixed.

In other words, within the eternal world CHANGE is the NORM (Change is the Absolute Ruler or Government) that has to be contrasted with the norms of the Non-changing or FINITE world, which causes laws to be corrupted. This explains the extreme efforts to fix the Human within the illusory straight-jacket of body, mind and spirit. Ultimately it is done by the cloning of the Human in the image of an illusory god. This god correlates with the laws which are needed to contain the world within an illusory realm, where money is used to manipulate the illusory concepts of value and being.

Moreover, to keep the Human within the secondary order the “externalised-self” must be kept within the ILLUSION that it is in control of the constant or government (controlling the enforcement of law) by which one can be secure. Hence the scheme of today's democracy to make the CORRUPTION of “law and order” the norm. Millions of Humans have already accepted the corrupt politicians (that they vote in) to be their leaders. This truly shows how much one has lost ones Centre WITHIN. The “new world order” can only continue with the systematic creation and maintenance of its norm, by ones FEAR not to belong to the corruption.

In short: Unless corruption becomes the Norm, the artificial “new world order” has no chance to last. Artificial indeed, presented in the following order in its development:

1. Artificial laws 2. Artificial food 3. Artificial medicine 4. Artificial organs 5. Artificial way of thinking 6. Artificial way of life 7. Artificial universe 8. Artificial god

The focus on the last one began with the religion that replaced Creator's One Law, with laws that require an institution or government that can enforce the secondary laws. Hence the “new world order” for “making war for peace” and management of any form of TERRORISM.

As it is, lies and any form of corruption are DELIBERATELY made obvious, to make one ACCEPT corruption to be the Norm. Laws are piling up to put humanity in the voluntary straight-jacket. “oh it is a law”, “’let’s demonstrate”, “write your congressman”, “sign this petition”… it is a JOKE. We have become like sheep. We see in front of us the slaughter, but continue in the same direction. We see that the ship is sinking and hold on to it until the downdraft gets us. Have we totally lost the COURAGE to choose the salvation in the Infinite Ocean of which we are a Microcosm? Are we even able to THINK?

The “911”… less than 16% of the people of the USA believe that this “incident” was staged by the so called “Ikaida”, and way less by the people around the world. Yet, we globally allow ourselves to be treated like criminals at “checkpoints”, by those who staged the whole idea of “terrorism”. There is “something missing inside”. that makes us so powerless and docile.

Indeed, we are not Practicing Creator’s Law. We have been pushed with the back against the wall, because we do not make the limit that is in front of us the Steppingstone. We need the Oneheart Revolution to get back the inner-Power or Creator’s Will, to move on.

The dictionary merely says that memory is “I remember your face. I saw you before”. Something we remember. But what IS IT? The following analogy can give us a more accurate description of what memory actually is.

We visited a friend and on our way to the car, to come home… we discovered that we forgot the car’s key at the place we just visited. So, we must go back to retrieve it. Memory makes the CONNECTION between Beginning and End. The distance or gap between the two extremes, beginning and end, gives us the opportunity to have an experience or time to “think it over”. Memory correlates with the context in which we can Grow or Cultivate CONSCIOUSNESS. Also an opportunity to exercise the mind.

The seed is in the tree and the tree is in the seed. The seed has the total memory, because it is the Union of the Alpha and Omega. By the “tree” we can become Aware of what is hidden in the seed. So, by the seed’s growth we can go beyond the extremes of beginning and end, due to Creator’s Law, which is CHANGE, the absolute and eternal Constant. So, between the very extremes of the root (Alpha) and branch (Omega) system… by these polarities circulation or Relationship becomes possible. In other words, the true relationship is based on Creator’s Law. By change we can Know what the Alpha and Omega hide. They contain the Infinite Possibilities, which can only be Realised through the Duality whereby a context can be created in which we can have an experience or “drama”.

Another way of understanding Memory is by the Centre/Circle analogy. The centre (seed) is the contracted circle and the circle (tree) is the expanded centre. They are One! The perception of this Oneness comes From Within, the Seed or Heart. Here the “unchanging change” is absolutely still and silent - from where the Knowing comes from. Question and Answer become One at the Centre, where we can be as close as possible with the Creator. When we find this Centre Within, then we will KNOW. But, when a distance is created between question and answer… we can get engaged with the ever deepening Probe with the Never-ending WHY, to give constantly a New Meaning to what the Seed contains. Always bringing forth new possibilities which can be realised while we “forget” that ALL IS ONE.

We are now ending a “Tree-stage”. The tree is dying to birth the seed that can create the next tree. We brought forth today’s world with all the Might that the Creator gave us in the form of Free Will. We can use His Will, because we are Creation in the Human Form. And since Creation and Creator are One, we must make His Law the Primary Constant to distil the tree back into the seed that’s WITHIN. Now we must Remember that ALL IS ONE. We need the MEMORY that we can restore with the Sacred Art of Eating, for FOOD is the distillation of Creation. It is by the Gap between the Alpha and Omega that a Parasitic Order could come about, that is now doing everything possible to DESTROY the Seed, so that the Tree can be owned under secondary laws. It is absurd but true, that the only way to “secure” this kind of “ownership” can only be by diminishing, that what needs to be “owned”, is “invested” into the VOID. This is the innate nature of the Demon, to REVERSE everything that is part of Creation into a non-existent “form”. This is Pure ILLUSION. That’s why today’s Demonocracy does everything possible to reduce Value to the Monetary level. So, by ultimately accepting the microchip implant we can be fully owned by the Demon and be kept “safe ”within the Void. This can be done, because we have become money, Nothing! The Demon knows that nothing can escape the Oneness or Creator’s Domain and is clever enough to use this Truth. Thus the Demon say’s “OK, I can KEEP you within the Oneness, but then in a Regressive way and ultimately from the VOID you can possibly again enter Creation in a progressive way. But NOW you must Prove that you can truly say I AM”. Until then you belong to me. So, you better obey my laws or else…”.

The Demonic Order does everything possible to destroy any Relationship that can UNITE and from it the opportunity to create the Consciousness that We Are One, an I AM. The family unit is no more, as it is within. Right and left-brain, Mind and Heart have been put within a conflicting condition. All spaces which are needed to maintain and cultivate relationship are now divided in “smoking and no smoking sections”. It has nothing to do with Health. People are now spying on one another to see who is smoking or not smoking. It is absurd! All of it is happening while around the world airplanes are MASSIVELY spraying Earth’s space with deadly chemicals. Whole flocks of birds drop dead from the sky because of it. Only with the RESTORATION of the Total Memory, can Humanity be revived from the HYPNOTIC state of self-oppression. Therefore the Oneheart Revolution is needed for the Global AWAKENING.

Creation of the

Artificial Virgin

Creation is the original womb, in which we must realise the Self, who is a part of Creator's Eternal Body. The womb must then contract upon the search for the Centre, from where the Self must be embodied, in order to have an Experience to find out what it takes to be Self-realised.

The universe becomes then the next womb. Then the galactic and solar system. Lastly planet Earth and woman's. In mother's womb the Self or Soul is captured by the element water of which the Blood is mostly composed of. Moreover, the blood is the inner-ocean, indicating that it is the source of all organic growth ("upward organisation") or ascension towards the outer-limit of Creation. Thus Creation constantly expands by the growth from the Centre of centres. This makes the Self a co-Creator and the Realisation of it sets us FREE. However, there are "comic-pirates" who want to own Earth and all life on it. Thus they need to control the Womb by which the first link is established with Creation.

The "pirate-order" has systematically prepared Humanity for its surrender to the "lower-heaven establishment". It has used Roma to stage a belief-system as follows:

* Create the concept of "original sin" around sex and Eve being the “tempster” who started all the problems.

* So, a woman is needed who can be "immaculate", to become church's symbol of innocence and control factor for woman to become Roma's property.

* This woman, however, has a most powerful child with a Message that can Free Humanity from all oppression by way of Forgiveness. This aspect became the "confession" to the church's priest, who can then decide what is sinful and what is not, according to the church's dictates.

The dictates have constantly changed to suit the "pirate's order's" needs. Millions of women were tortured and burned alive after they have "confessed". Roma's inquisition instigated the disintegration of the family-unit and continued up to today's science, to fully replace the womb with an artificial one. Viola, the "scientific virgin"! - while Jesus helplessly watches hanging from a cross. Yes, the inquisition is still on and the whole world goes by the "pirates" dictates - especially via Roma's created medical system, identified by Roma's symbol, the cross. Today's dictates are indirectly conveyed, via government. The latest dictate for woman (from childhood on) is to receive the "womb control injection" that will ultimately lead to the need to become the "scientific virgin" to deliver the "designer child" who will blindly follow all orders from "above" (edge of the ionosphere that's ground-controlled via the starwars system).

Chemtrails have been used to fully externalised the human. In order for Earth to become Free, she must transcend her own ionosphere (500 km above Earth's surface). This can only happen for Her nucleus to radiate through the Human Potential that's centred around Free Will. This Will is Creator's Creative Force that's released by the Human by giving the Best answer to the last question: "to BE or not to BE". Therefore we must transcend the Brain operated Mind that has the same frequency as that of the edge of the ionosphere (akashic reccords).

So, by  debilitating  humanity's Food the Earth connection can be broken. Consequently our thought patterns can be confined within an artificially created universe (today's world). Therefore the chemtrails contain DRIED HUMAN BLOOD, aluminium and other components to enhance the disconnection with the nucleus. This leaves us "hanging in the air". In other words, we can be made to "think that we think that we are in control of our own thinking", but in truth we merely follow orders from a centralised government. Moreover, fluoride (aluminium by-product) has been added to the drinking water and tooth pastes to fix the pineal gland, so that the "I think that I think" becomes "I believe whatever you say". As it is, all governments are already economically controlled from one centre, that also controls the growing and distribution of food.

However, as long as there are just 3 true Humans left who have the Blood quality that contains the Total Memory, the Ionosphere has still an opening to make the connection between Earth and the Infinite Universe. For this reason the Oneheart Revolution is needed to clear the Earth from the confining order of enslavement.

It is by the restoration of the Kitchen that the Home can again become the Centre of Government, so that the long awaited "Heaven on Earth" can be Realised through the Human, by which Earth will become the Portal of Peace.

"Diet"

        Sixty plus years ago the doctor would paddle his bike to the patient and considered a diet first before giving any medicine. Today the physician merely "practices medicine" and can loose his licence when he prescribes food as the first medicine. This left the people with the only option to design their own "diet" when ill.

        Thus many "diets" came into being as the result of the medical system's focus on the "medicine" (drugs) by which we can "live" with disease. So, how can a "diet" that works well for one be normal for every one? What is the true purpose of Food and the consumption of it?

        Food is the link and catalyst that we basically need to Harmonise the inner with the outer ... for food is the condensation of the environment and thus holds the Memory that we must integrate in the body cells ... so that we can Remember, in order to make full cycle within Creation.

        The more Memory and the greater the Context in which the Memory is contained,

the more we can become Conscious of who we ARE. So, by the CHOOSING, PREPARING and EATING our daily food according to the very principles of Creation, the greater the potential to have good health. Health means Whole. The laboratory created concepts of health mostly came from the observation through microscopes, the study of dead bodies and conditioned animals.

        The total relationship with Creation requires the individual to know how to independently design its nutritional profile according to ones constitution, condition, age, gender, way of life and environmental conditions. Today's "diets" are mostly in the experimental stage and must shift within the universal context of understanding and practice, in order to overcome the great gap that we now have between the natural and artificial.

        All the "diets" or ways of eating can be categorised according to the nine

stages of evolution, from the most primitive to the most advanced:

1.

Eating by Quantity (gourmand, "all you can eat"). From the micro-organism to the reptilian, they eat until their stomach is full and then sleep because not much blood goes to the brain, due to the occupation of blood in the digestive process in the lower region of the body. The bacteria has no problem with this interruption, because the food they internalise goes straight to the head! The head (beginning of the species) is not extended to become a body, since it has not long enough evolved, that it needs a "storage", that can contain the MEMORY of the evolutionary process it went through. Many Humans maintain themselves on this level (regardless their "healthy food") and thus accept to be powerless against the most primitive form of live, the virus ... and consequently must rely on a medical system that can not function without the computer, which is at least one hundred years behind in the computing capacity of a simple cell... Level of judgement: MECHANICAL

2.

Eating by Taste (gourmet). Still attached to the "head's concern" (taste buts), but evolved to the degree that its sensorial response will give signals to the body (microcosm of the past) to prepare the digestive process. In other words, the greater evolutionary experience enables the eater to master more "inner-time". This adds up to stamina. So, it is thus essential that by the increase of our level of discernment, applied to our way of eating, we come to “live real time”, which is the eternal Now. Until our connection with the Source of Food is fully realised, we will remain in the cycle of birth and death, always trying to extend the temporary with the "next fix". Taste is important, but what is IMPORTANT is not taste. So, to grow out of the illusory fix, we must go along with Change, to BE IN the Unstoppable Now.

Level of judgement: SENSORIAL

3.

Eating by Looks or sentimental setting. This category involves the traditional,

"candle light dinner" and "what my mother let me eat" way of eating, protocol

and mannerism (stick to "fork and knife", even when the food can be much more

enjoyed when eating with the fingers). This aspect has been capitalised by the

commercial world, with their psychologically presented foods, by labelling and

subliminal advertisements. 

Level of discernment: SENTIMENTAL, EMOTIONAL

4.

Eating by Intellect. By truly mastering the former levels of eating, we will be able to release the essence of food to a frequency high enough to excite the brain, so that it can occupy the blood long enough in a higher thinking process. This aspect correlates with the so-called "attention-span". Here we judge food by way of reasoning and consider the "scientific approach". As such we begin to analyse food by the microscopic observation, such as protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, enzymes, minerals, etc. Although quite incomplete in the understanding what food is, it gives us a much greater relationship with Creation and a firmer basis to let the mind evolve.

Level of discernment: INTELLECTUAL

5.

Eating by Social concerns.. With the growing awareness, of our relationship with the environment, from where our food comes from... we begin to eat food in a sharing manner. Individual needs are considered and the food is prepared and eaten in such a way that it can please every one who belongs to the family or community. Ideally everyone is also involved with the growing of food. This aspect of life has been systematically debilitated through the control of the food-cycle by the exploitative cartel. The disintegration of the family is the result of this onslaught.

Level of discernment: SOCIAL

6.

Eating by Universal order. The relationship with the origin of food has grown into the Universal Context. The brain can now resonate beyond the horizon that we can touch, smell, hear and see. We go beyond the space and time that we can possibly cover within our own biological existence. We enter the future by making ourselves food for a greater world! Now we apply the universal principles of the order of the infinite universe, for the Choosing, Preparing and Eating of food. Going beyond (yet including) quantity, taste and analytical evaluation) food is now used to make the solid and complete link between the eater and the absolute source of Food/Creation. All the elements (Earth, Air, Water, Fire and Consciousness) are used to centre the Manifest Within, to find our Limit that we can then use as our Steppingstone.

Level of discernment: IDEOLOGICAL

7.

Eating by Intuitive Knowing. Now the Body has attained a firm recollection of the evolutionary past and is ready to enter the ascension stage, to Find and Know the Self by, of, for and within the Self. Food must now be eaten full-spectrum, to realise that food and eater are One. That, "God made Himself". The practise of Appreciuation is essential and includes the complete mastication of food, to know that Everything is Food.

Level of discernment: APPRECIATION

8.

Eating to Realise the Dream. The Union of all opposites is made, Within. Now we can Think with the Heart and will not fail in the choice of food,  in any form and way. We will be able to Change the worst poison into the highest medicine, because we have mastered the Alchemy of Life, the  practical application of the principles of the absolute and eternal constant of Creation, which is Change.

Eat or not Eat. We have ARRIVED and can truly say "I AM"!

The Sacred Way of Eating is the LADDER, that we can use to reach the highest stage of Being. It is not a "diet", yet it includes all "diets". This is the universal way by which we can make a most realistic basis for World Peace. The first concern is Health, which means Whole. So, how Whole do we want to be? With the desire to eat food for Self-realisation we can rise above the first five levels of eating.

The Trinity Portal

There is no being on Earth or again in Heaven among the Gods, that is liberated from the Three Qualities (trinity) born of Nature.

Finding ourselves on Earth’s Surface, we Think that we know the Three Dimensional. However, our Brain has been FIXED on the Horizontal plane by North, South, East and West. So, ultimately to secure an agreement that is documented on a Two-dimensional piece of paper.

Mentally Fixed on the horizontal two-dimensional plane… we can only visualise one vertical line-up within ourselves and can have an infinite variety of projections on the horizontal level.

The Liberation from this Confinement begins with the REALISATION that Earth’s Centre (Finite within the physical realm) correlates with that of our HEART. The significance of it is that by Earth’s organic substance (FOOD) we can Extend or Radiate Earth’s Centre by changing the food we eat into BLOOD. Thus by our blood containing the SAME Iron nucleus as that of Earth’s… this Centre Rises to the Brain via the Heart. Besides that Heart is the meeting point of All Opposites, it most profoundly interconnects the Horizontal with the Vertical. Therefore we breath, to make the blood Rise to the Brain. Thus Heart is horizontally flanked by the Lungs.

The blood correlates with the Ocean (Has the same mineral composition and salinity) and oxygen surrounds Earth’s surface. So, when the blood is given the upwards velocity… the finer layers of the atmosphere come into play: sound (speech), light (vision), vibration (thinking), polarity (discernment), creative force (will, set in motion by choice making) and finally the Realisation Who the ONE is that has set the creative force in motion (“by His Will”). With this Realisation Heart’s Centre is LIT by the Ultimate Polarity, Finite (Earth’s Centre) and Infinite (Endless Expansion). Then, by having the Eternal Soul (Self) Earth-embodied, centred around Earth’s Nucleus… Earth become Liberated too. From hereon the PORTAL has come about that can give exit from the Three Dimensional and the God’s can use it too!

The Truth about BLOOD, where it comes from and how it is refined from food in the Small-intestine has been kept a secret from Humanity… for the reason that it leaves the eater of food at the mercy of those who control food and the “solution” offered, to deal with the consequences of eating the MANIPULATED food and way of eating.

Blood

        Our blood is the lifeline that connects us with Creation and beyond. Those who control our blood quality also control our relationship with the All Being. In the truest sense the individual must be able to control his/her own blood quality in order to be a Sovereign Being, i.e. to be Freely Free.

        Although it has been clinically proven that our blood originates in the small intestines by biological transmutation, the medical establishment still denies this to be true. Every day 1/10th of our blood plasma is changed. Thus in ten days a total basis is set for a new beginning. Blood plasma in turn changes into red blood cells within 3 to 4 months. Red blood cells change into body cells within 3 to 4 years. With food, chosen, prepared and eaten according to the principles of change (alchemy / biological transmutation) the individual can independently by choice change according to his/her life path and direction.

        With the persecution of the alchemists (inquisition), especially the women healers (the so-called "witches"), Humanity could be systematically controlled through the sciences of chemistry. It has led to the creation and overuse of chemicals, drugs and nuclear technology, through the male dominant order.

        We may justify the way of the reactionary sciences by saying that it has helped the lower worlds to become higher through Human intervention. For example: the mining of minerals that are used for the production and use of computers. The inorganic realm has been given a gateway to a higher level of consciousness through the Human Potential. As the result the underworld is also uplifted. If that's the case then it is now time that the upper world is put back in control over the Earth and all life on it. We cannot continue to go down and allow the total degeneration of the organic realm, which the Human being is responsible for to uphold. We must realise that we have created the degenerative conditions. Thus we can un-create it too. In the greater scheme of things, it is for that reason we have been given a Free Will, an indication that the Highest is Within, too.

        This Force that we have been entrusted with, by having free will, can easily be lost with the weakening of our blood quality! We can reach the higher levels of discernment and ascension with the essence of food, carried by our blood. To become fully One with the Creative Life Cycle, the inner refinement of food requires the total use of the digestive system and this is not possible with "fast foods". However when we eat such food the refinement of food happens outside of the body - we create a "bypass" that negates the alchemical process and obstructs our ability to truly discern and become universally conscious.

        For example: refined sugar (white sugar) cannot go through the total digestive process, because it will enter the blood stream between the mouth and the stomach. i.e. before the alchemical process has hardly begun. This also happens with alcohol, chemicals and drugs. Refined white flour products don't have the same effect, but when regularly eaten they too will cause destabilise the blood.

        The most essential substances for the maintenance of the complex human body cells are sea salt, whole cereal grains, water and air. All of this is practically absent in the diet of modern man.

Sea salt

        The reason why we can live on land is because we carry the ocean within! Our blood represents that huge water source. This is proven by the fact that our blood has the same mineral composition and alkalinity as ocean water. We are much better off with pure ocean water when a blood transfusion is needed. This has been clinically proven to be true (read Alexis Carrell's "Man the Unknown").

Whole Cereal Grain

        This most universal food is the most suitable for eating by Human beings. Our entire digestive system has been designed to assimilate it. The twenty molars, out of the full set of thirty-two teeth, are most suitable for masticating the whole cereal grain. By chewing we secrete saliva, which has the best enzymes to promote the optimum digestion. This food guarantees a slow and gradual breakdown so that final digestion can take place in the small intestines. Here the food is broken down to a state of "chaos within" so that Order can rise through us. That's why the central nervous system ascends from where unused food leaves the body (the "behind"). Each of the thirty-two vertebrae correlates with these thirty-two teeth! The digestive system is continued by the central nervous system by which the essence of our food is guided to the brain.

        The whole cereal grain's nutritional composition is also ideal. The amount of complex carbohydrates, simple proteins, minerals etc., is in ideal proportion. Philosophically speaking, each kernel of grain represents a star. By eating the whole cereal grain as the main food, the stars become our body cells.

Water

        Approximately 70% of our body consists of water. This substance is the element that enables the descending energies to centre around the nucleus. In our case this is Iron. As long as this nucleus is kept in circulation or in a vibrationary state throughout the body, we can continue to keep the Spirit within.

        Water is essential for the creation and maintenance of organic growth. It is also essential for the decomposition of food to bring it to optimum chaos. By deriving order from such chaos we can also maintain our memory and this is the basis for our cultivation of consciousness.

        Without a past there is no future. As formerly explained, as we ascend we increasingly tap more deeply into the earlier stages of evolution. This we can do by having a controlled "regression within". However, we need to be aware that our digestive process has been severely interfered with by the political/commercial/scientific order.

        The synchronicity between the inner and outer is profound. Our total Being (body, mind and soul) is laid out very precisely in the sequence of evolution and mirrors how Heaven and Earth meet within.

Air

        Upon birth we begin to ascend. We must breathe in order to make the air conscious and alive through us.

        The inner ocean, blood, connects with the oxygen we breathe in our lungs so that we can reach to the higher atmosphere within us, or "heaven" so to speak. As we enter these more refined and subtle areas we gain the perceptions through feeling, reason and knowing.

        The lower part of our physical being is the result of the accumulative past. The most primitive animals such as amoebae don't have a digestive system as we do. They eat straight to the head. When we do the same, we cannot sustain the evolved human brain that is polarised by the small intestines, in order to harmonise the left and right brain.

        When the blood is weak, due to an acid condition and improper mineral composition, the subconscious and conscious start to conflict. This causes so-called "insanity". Mental instability begins with hyperactivity, mostly caused by the over-consumption of refined foods, such as white sugar. Drunkenness caused by alcohol (mostly refined sugar) consumption is an intensified hyper condition. All refined foods and substances that bypass the greater part of the digestive system will sooner or later create insanity.

        Drunkenness is a form of "temporary insanity". Of course, we can suppress it with drugs or with a discipline based on fear, guilt, shame and doubt. At a certain point one breaks down and a crime or accident will force us into sobriety. With refined foods eaten on a daily basis we can become drunk too! It is just harder to detect by its slow process and by every one else making it "the norm". Any idea what a "savage" straight from the deep jungle would think about "civilised man"? They would say, "The gods must be crazy".

        Practically all commercial foods and beverages are the main contributors of today's' diseases and violence. All "pop drinks", such as cola, dilute the blood system immediately. Diet cola is probably the worst. All of this can be scientifically proven, but who cares when the masses don't want to give up their addictions?

        With the steady decline of Humanity's blood quality, Human body cells can now easily change into simple cells. By having become an "eating head" the body cells sooner or later take on the nature of simple animal life, such as bacteria or virus. The AIDS condition is actually "virus in Human form". Also ones thinking and behaviour patterns arise accordingly. Instant gratification or addiction have become the norm.

The Whole Cereal Grain

        Hopi's saying of "the teachings are in the corn" is not just a philosophical fancy. The utmost tangible truth of it is based on "the tree is in the seed and the seed is in the tree". The two realms, "seed" and "tree", correlate with the two basic worlds by which Consciousness can Grow.

        The Perception of the two basic Worlds originated from the One becoming Two (duality). In order to maintain the Two as Complementaries, the memory of ONE has to be constantly maintained. The seed contains the total memory of One. That's why the tree can grow by all the complementary opposites within the context where the seed has been planted. Thus the greater the context in which the seed is initiated for growth, the greater the gain of consciousness... that at the end of the tree's growth can be added to the seed. The seed is the constant by which the inconstant is maintained.

        In other words, the absolute and eternal constant, Change, is the One Law that maintains Creation.

        However, when the memory of One is lacking, the Two will be perceived as antagonists. Thus the inner will compete with the outer, the front tries to overshadow the back, etc. From hereon the concept of mine and yours, like and dislike, right and wrong, can become the priorities in life. It must be underlined that the antagonistic duality can only become destructive in an exclusive or limiting context and is maintained with the illusory concepts of value.

        On the Human scale, having a brain by which the mind can be influenced on the physical plane... food can be used to manipulate ones thinking process and behaviour patterns. This can become problematic when it is in the interest of an exclusive entity to own the context in which the food is grown. Today's extreme strive for the global ownership is the result of it.

        Having attained the Earth space/time control from one point, London (Greenwich) ... from here every square inch of the planet can be "legally owned" by a "chosen few". Thus as long as Humanity's relationships can be maintained with the manipulative concept of money (also controlled from London), Humans can keep each other in check with the competition on all levels. This explains all the wars and terrorism, which are maintained with the Origin of all forms of terrorism, “divide and conquer”.

        The Whole Cereal Grain contains the ultimate memory that the Human needs to maintain its existence within the context of Creation. Thus in order to shift the Human within an artificial hologram... it is essential to Reprogram the Human from within, basically with the genetic manipulation of its basic main food, the whole cereal grain.

        Moreover, with the systematic weakening of Humanity's complex body cells, its universal quality has been lowered to the point where most Humans become powerless against the most primitive form of life, the virus! By not telling Humanity that the natural immune system is based on the CELLULAR MEMORY ... "protection" is enforced with the laboratory manipulated vaccine... by which one can "live" WITH disease. So it happened, that babies can be cloned from inferior species to let the inferior condition continue.

        Along with the decline of the cellular memory, the Human can in the end be used as a MECHANICAL component to maintain the artificial matrix. This order goes way beyond the one of “Nazi Germany”, where millions sacrificed themselves for a symbol. The "new world order's" symbol is that of the BROKEN Infinity pattern (anti change) that of “AIDS”, the dollar and Mc Donalds’.

Why Organic Food and Cook it?

        To fully answer the question… we must first have a Universal Perspective of the concern. Here the concern is Health. Health means Whole. So, how healthy do we want to be?

        Most people consider themselves "healthy", because they either just "feel good" or simply have not been diagnosed with a disease. This is merely "clinical health", determined by the norms the physician goes by, who "practices medicine", who in turn depends on the laboratory report stating the result of the "blood test".

        BLOOD ... where does it originate? According to the medical science blood originates from bone-marrow. So, where does bone-marrow originate? Bone-marrow originates from blood and blood originates in the small-intestine from FOOD, by Biological Transmutation. The creation of blood from bone-marrow (and flesh) happens only under ABNORMAL conditions ... such as in case of fasting or ailment, when the intestinal condition is not up to par. The medical approach towards health is based on the abnormal condition of the Human body. This makes sense when we consider that the scientific understanding of the Human has been primarily derived from the research on dead bodies!

        Where does Food come from? It comes from Creation, the Whole. So, food contains the Memory of the Infinite Universe and each food has a different capacity of memory. By eating food we can remember and consequently food and eater maintain the cycle of life. In other words, order is maintained by the constant or One Law of Creation, which is Change. Change implies transmutation, alchemy and is quite different than mutation or chemistry, where opposites become reactionaries.

        Within the early scheme of Creation the subtle is organised into the solid. This we know as inorganic. The "organisation" of energy is going inwards. The formation of a crystal is a good example.

        Then, having arrived at the "bottom-line" of the cycle ... the energy has to continue with an "upwards organisation". This is the function of the plant. It's roots "grab" into the inorganic (the past) and with the aid of micro-organisms ("primitive eaters") a transmutation takes place, to change the nature of energy. Therefore the plant has a branch-system to “reorganise” the gathered energies towards the “upper-world”.

        What makes energy go downwards and then upwards? To understand this process we must understand two basic elements, Water and Fire. The element Water is responsible for the solidification, thus needed for the root-system's process. Ultimately it becomes extremely solid, such as ice, unless there is a Complementary element to prevent this from happening. This element is Fire. So, with the help of the Sun the Water can rise and the "inner-organisation" changes into the "outer-organisation"!

        Plants, however, have not the capacity to fully organise matter towards the ultimate subtle stage, from where it all began... to complete the cycle, to maintain Health. So, the plant needs an "organiser" with a greater capacity to change. The animal serves this function. It has therefore organs, to organise energy into higher levels within a greater context. This is evident by the freedom to move the "roots" from place to place. These "roots" is the small-intestine, where also the micro-organism (beneficial bacteria) is needed to change the plant into us (blood to begin with).

        Of all animals it is the Human who has the greatest capacity to organise the tangible world back to the Source. This is due to our most advanced digestive system and the ability to use fire with the principles of alchemy, true COOKING.

        The Fire that we use here is of organic origin. It is much more than just heat. The heat or energy derived from electricity or microwaves is of inorganic origin and rather handicaps us in the ascension process. Organic fire is the trinity of energy, Unifying Heaven (oxygen), Earth (fuel) and Man (heat). We do not burn or destroy food with Fire (as the "raw foodist" claims it). We control the heat with the use of the Cauldron, so that the Water element can “marry” the Fire element. By having the Fire under the cooking pot, the energy from the Sun can then be Freed  THROUGH the food, that will later influence the Freedom of the Eater. Consequently the organisation increases in context, by the Eater's creation of the family, community and concern for world order.

        The over-consumption of water was promoted by the medical science, with the assumption that we can "flush" poisons from our body. The contrary is true. of course, by drinking more water than the body naturally needs, we will urinate more. Each time when we urinate we discharge trace minerals, that we need to keep our blood alkaline and the immune system stable. Thus the immune system becomes rapidly depleted as we literally flush the precious trace minerals down the drain! Then, with the lack of trace minerals our blood becomes less able to capture poisons that later is expelled via the urine.

        With the excessive urination we loose much body heat. With each "flush" the entire body is shocked, due to the great effort it must make to keep the body temperature stable. A few degrees off will make us chill or have fever. Both extremes can kill. Doctors have recently spoken against the "eight glasses of water a day". There is much disinformation about Health that has slipped into the "health movement" via journals. The vitamin C myth is another one. It is best to accept all "scientific evidence" with a kernel of salt, until it has been time proven for at least seven generations. For example, Humanity has been cooking their food for at least ten thousand years and suddenly there is a "raw food" rage, another "diet" based on the same "scientific establishment" that still must come up with a cure for just one disease, including the "common cold".

Food and the Child

        A child's parenting begins with the parent's Blood Quality and at a later stage only by mother's blood, to feed the baby in the womb. Father and Mother represent Heaven and Earth. Father's sperm carries Heaven's energies and correlates with the nervous system (mental). Mother's ovum represents Earth's energies and correlates with the digestive system (body).

        So, why is blood so special? Blood contains the complex protein by which the Water element is contained. The water element is needed to capture the Soul within the physical realm and thus by water further organisation or crystallisation (from the outer into the inner) becomes possible, to structure the body during the nine months of the primary maturation process. In other words, the outer or macrocosm is organised into a very dense form (microcosm) and this happens with what links the outer with the inner most wholly and energetically.... which is Food. For this reason the womb is near the small-intestine where food is biologically transmuted into blood plasma. By this shift every day 1/10 of the blood plasma is changed. Thus in 10 days the body's basic "building-block" undergoes a total change. In 3 to 4 months the blood plasma changes into the red blood cell, this in turn changes into the complex body cell in 7 to 8 years. This explains why the child enters maturity around the age of 13 (9 months +  4 years + 8 years).

        The birth of the child indicates the fundamental change of cosmic orientation. From the head going down, then horizontal and gradually going up. This change of direction correlates with the emphasis on the shift of element, from the water element to the fire element. Thus upon birth the blood that the baby needed as its food (food refined by the mother by her to change it into blood) becomes sweet (carbohydrates).... indicating the integration of the Fire element.

        Mother's milk is sweet indeed. The great sweetness indicates the simple sugar that the baby needs, primarily brought to full digestion in the stomach, since the baby's small-intestine is still not fully able to digest solid food centred around the complex carbohydrate.  While the baby is gradually developing the ability and capacity to fully digest food, the mother aids the baby with her transmuted blood, her milk. So, it is not such a great idea to give a Human baby the milk from an animal that has a long way to go in evolution to become Human! Especially by giving the child animal foods it will greatly set a mark on the basic development of the brain and behaviour Throughout Human history this has become evident.

        Baby's food can gradually become less refined (sweet in taste) as the teeth appear. Then gradually the Whole Cereal Grain is included in the daily food. First in the form of "milk" (liquid) and gradually more solid as the molars  develop. The whole cereal grain's fire element is contained by its complex carbohydrates. This means a slower release of energy and thus time is given for the fire element to reach the small-intestine, from where it can RISE and "set the Brain on Fire", through the Heart. Without this complete route, from the mouth to the brain, the child can become "heartless". This becomes evident when one drinks alcohol (extreme refined carbohydrate), because the "food" has entered a "bypass", by which the fire ("fire-water") enters the blood/brain. We can become "drunk" with the overdose of sugar over a long period of time. This gradual "becoming drunk" is not so easily seen as "mannerism" can keep the "time-bomb" temporarily in check.

        In the small intestine the food is brought to CHAOS....  so that ORDER can rise from it. That's why the central nervous system begins near the anus. The raising of the child must go along with its gradual ability and capacity to digest food and consequently the raising of Consciosness via the spine.. The digestive system begins with 32 teeth and have a direct influence on the 32 vertebrae. The child cannot be enough reminded, constantly, to fully CHEW its food (until liquid). So, the order and perception of order grows from the internal turning point, the small-intestine. Then the perception of order, in the BRAIN, is brought forth by the organisation of blood with the aid of the internal organs. This makes the small intestine the essential polarity of the brain. The greatest attribute of the child's mentor (parents) is food, way of eating and the small-intestine!

Make the Kitchen Again the

Centre ofGovernment

A Portal can only be by the Two sides.

By the Two Creation could come about.

And, since we are a microcosm of Creation, we can become Conscious of everything that is contained by the Two.

Thus be Self-realised.

We are the Portal, but cannot be fully aware of it as long as our Mind and Heart are separated.

The separation is due to the lack of the Memory that connects Heart and Brain.

Consequently the Mind will always try to dominate the Heart from the outer.

The infamous inquisition let this imposition to what today's problematic world is showing.

Woman was the main target (the alchemist/”witch”) because she was the one who basically controlled humanity's Blood quality, from Within.

The Kitchen was therefore the centre of Control.

This centre was the original church, school, hospital, laboratory of alchemy and bank.

All of this is now of the outer and consequently no solution for just one problem.

Not even the “common cold”.

All what the “Problem Management” offers are the things and ways whereby  we can “live” With the Problem.

However, no one and nothing can overrule Creator's Plan.

That is, that through the Human Potential (based on Free Will) Earth will become the Portal of Peace.

Today's world was created to contrast Creation.

Now we have the Two sides of the Portal!

The time has arrived to make the Two One.

Thus we need the Blood quality that can unite Mind and Heart.

This union correlates with the prophetic union of the Eagle (Mind) and the Condor (Heart).

Humanity must make an end to the inquisition, by making the Home (centred around he Kitchen) again the Centre of Government.

A Government that's centred around Creator's One Law, CHANGE.

There is no greater form of living this Law than to Change the outer into the inner by way of Food.

It is only by food that the Oneness of outer and inner can be maintained.

Food comes from Creation.

Creation comes from the Creator.

How much more basic and practical can we be than to use Food to be most close to our Maker, WITHIN?

This truth is made evident by the most powerful flow of Blood to the Heart, upon the consumption of Food.

It is only by Blood that we can function, feel, think, discern, make choices and act.

Whoever controls our Food also controls this all.

This reasons that the Kitchen must again become the Centre of Government, so that from hereon Creator's One Law can be used as the Primary Constant.

It also substantiates the very principles of the True Democracy, where the True Government is of, by and for the People.

Therefore the “Ten Thousand Kitchen Revolution” that has been initiated in Spain, notably the land from where Roma made the inquisition Global.

Now we must Change Roma into AMOR!

It is not about another bloody revolution.

This Revolution of revolutions is about Winning the Decisive-battle-within.

It is NOW or never.

The Choice has to be made from the Heart.

All Warrior Clans, of Peace, are welcomed to help, so that Woman can again come back in her true Power.

The child's upbringing must be based on true Health and Truth, coming from the true Home.

Man and Woman are the most advanced manifestations of the Two.

Both can create the greatest Gift to the Universe.

Earth can become the Portal of Peace by the union of both.

As it is, they cannot unite for long, because the Home has lost its Centre.

The children will then fall prey to becoming the slaves or soldiers, so that we can continue with “making war for peace”, to defend the borders which keep us within the "matrix".

Only by making Creator's One Law, CHANGE, our primary Constant, can we have a basis for Peace.

Change is the ultimate supreme Power, by which Order can be maintained without any superficial enforcement.

This Law of laws is Self-enforcing.

All wars are the result of the enforcement of secondary laws.

There is no greater way to LIVE Creator's One Law than by Changing the outer into the inner, to then be able to Change the inner into the outer by way of Caring and Sharing.

We have a Mouth, which is the Portal that leads to the Heart, by way of FOOD.

And a Brain from where we can further refine the food we ate unto higher levels of Consciousness.

For Food upon the digestive process becomes the BLOOD whereby we can function, feel, think, discern, make a choice and act.

CHANGE is on the agenda and the time is NOW.

Make the Kitchen the Centre of the Oneheart Revolution!

The Kitchen

Make it the Temple of the Home. Remove everything that's not needed for the daily food preparation (plastic, empty jars, literature, junk mail, rubber bands, distracting slogans, all clutter. Remove aluminium and teflon (“non stick”) coated pots and pans and replace them with either ceramic, enamel coated or good quality iron. Good quality stainless steel is the last one. Replace that plastic cutting-board with a wooden one. Throw out the microwave oven! Replace the electric stove with a gas one. A wood-stove is best.

Un-clutter the working space. Remove all “food” which contain sugar, chemical preservatives, artificial colouring flavouring and sweeteners, etc. Supply the kitchen with foods which have the minimal packaging (boxes, cans, bottles). Buy the dry foods in bulk (grains, beans, lentils) for an entire year. This is the true Money that will become evident when money cannot buy food. Put the personal energies in the kitchen. All noisy electric machines (dish-washers) will only disturb the peace. And, if you truly want to completely overhaul the kitchen... replace all the closed cupboards with nice looking wooden open shelving, so that everything can be seen and instantly found. Organise the food sections by category. Make the Kitchen the place of Alchemy. The CHANGE of the World begins from here!

      We are not dealing here with a “health-kick”. It is about being Responsible. There is nothing Honourable about defiling our being that has been created in the Image of our Maker and then be remodelled (cloned) in the image of an inferior god or idiot. WAKE UP and SEE!

What to Avoid

In order to gain optimum Health:

Sugar.

Chemical drugs.

Excessive use of “medicine” that can become addictive.

Coca cola and similar beverages.

Artificial sweeteners (aspartame).

Artificial colouring.

Artificial preservatives.

All chemical additives.

Refined flour products (white bread, white flour pastas).

Irradiated vegetables and fruits (mostly sold in supermarkets and related outlets).

Vegetables and fruits which are out of season or grown in a complete different climatic zone.

Foods grown in an artificial environment and out of season (“green-house”)

Potatoes as a main food (instead of the whole cereal grain).

Animal foods of animals which have been commercially abused.

Commercially processed milk - a calf will die within a week when it is fed with it, instead of directly the cows whole milk.

Excessive water consumption (drink small amounts, just to satisfy thirst).

Drinking while eating or before and afterwards (it harms the digestive process – a few sips is ok when it is really needed – thoroughly chewing must remedy the thirst).

Foods which have been frozen.

Canned and jarred foods.

Colgate and similar kind of toothpastes.

Chemical de-odorisers  

Fluoride.

Listerine and similar kinds of mouthwashes.

Chewing gum (contains aspartame).

Microwave ovens.

Electric cooking.

Aluminium cooking utencils.

Teflon cooking utencils.

Electric blankets.

Spring-mattresses (depletes the vital energy).

Late eating and drinking (will harm the liver and overall bodily functions).

Distractions (talking, watching tv) while eating.

What to Eat

1 -- The whole cereal grain is the most Universal food, and since we are Creation in the Human form…it reasons that this most complete food has to be our MAIN food – at least 50% of our daily food consumption

2 -  Legumes (beans, lentils, peas) are the secondary grains and can be included in the amount of about 15%, 3-5 times per week.

3 -  Vegetables should be eaten according to the seasons of growth, coming from the same climatic zone where the consumer lives. Pumpkins and hard squashes can be eaten beyond the season of its growth, according to their natural lasting. The amount is around 25%

4 -  Condiments and relishes are used to enhance taste according to personal needs. Some of them have a therapeutic effect.

5 -  Fruits can be best eaten at the warmest part of the day, preferably after the siesta.(3pm solar time) They should not be eaten for breakfast or along with a meal. The contradicting practice began with the commercial promotion after the second world war and has also contributed to today’s health-norms.  Today most people die un-naturally in the “inquisition created hospital”.  The proportion must not exceed 5%.

6 -  Animal flesh can be eaten when the environment requires it, such as areas close to the North-pole, providing that the animal was naturally raised. The proper preparation to reduce toxicity must also be observed.

7 – Small amounts of other secondary foods (nuts, seeds) are optional.

8 -  Desserts are purely pleasure foods and it is up to the consumer to know what the limits are, and the possible consequences. If it is prefered, let it be awhile after the meal, so that it will not interfere with the digestive process.

The Sacred Art of Eating

      Creation is FOOD and what EATS food. The environment, stretching into the infinite, is condensed into plants. Plants are condensed into animals. Animals are condensed into MAN, who is ultimately distilled into THAT Who created this ever changing Creation. And since Creation and Creator are One, the final condensation or eating of food is WITHIN our Heart. We are Creation in the Human form!

The indication that Heart contains the ultimate mouth” or Portal, is this Centre’s interconnection with each body-cell, by the BLOOD that has been biologically transmuted from food. At this Centre of centres our Soul can be as close as possible with the Creator of ALL. The Centre is the Unchanging ONE from where Change becomes possible.

      The problem, difficulty or suffering begins with the creation of things and ways which we try to secure within a fixed context. Therefore we must go against Creator’s Law, Change, and consequently laws are created which have to be artificially enforced (FEAR based) and contradicts Creator’s Power, LOVE, that sets Change in motion. Consequently the enforcement of all secondary laws will inevitably lead to destruction. All secondary laws, regardless how good the intent is in its design, will be used as weapons which will make weapons the Law. All wars are the result of the enforcement of secondary laws. So, why don’t we allow ourselves be Enforced or Empowered by Creator’s POWER? Is the Fear for an inferior god greater than Creator’s Love that gives us the Freedom to BE?

It was by a Hopi elder, Titus, who after ten days being fed the food for the restoration of his faltering health, that he urged his adopted son Roy Littlesun to share with the world the Truth about Creator’s Law. This has led to the Oneheart Revolution whereby the world can be changed from WITHIN, without any form of violence.

The Sacred Art of Living

      The sacred art of living is similar as the sacred art of eating, because without food we cannot live. That is, with the understanding that food is much more than just “stomach filling”. So, let’s begin with observing the Order of normal daily life. That, we have the sacred responsibility to manage ourselves as an integral part of Creation.

      Similarly as the entering of Creation from the endless Unknown Oneness, we enter the day after the sleep that correlates with the Unknown Oneness or Great Mystery that contains the infinite possibilities. It is during the night’s sleep that we are “programmed” according to the receptivity of our BLOOD quality that we must cultivate and manage during the waking hours. This daily process goes along with the two hour interval functions of our twelve organs which are in synchronisity with the twelve constellations. As it is without so it is within. All is One.

1-  Lung time (3 to 5 am):

We enter the “twilight” and become conscious of the “programming”. Breathing becomes stronger and correlates with the birthing process and the evolutionary shift from ocean to land-life. Towards the end of this awakening we can make clear plans for the day.

2-Large-intestine time (5 to 7 am):

We do our routine exercises to activate the circulatory system and with the bowel-movement following we let go of the past and proceed with the Power of the NOW. This Moment is that of Truth that we must bring forth from within by making a Choice. It is with this Power that we can transcend any obstacle. “Where there is a Will there is a Way”. At this time… what we fear most we must face and overcome, to release the Power we can use for the rest of the day. What is making us so comfortable in the early morning, in our warm bed? So get UP without any hesitation and pour a bucket of ice-cold water over the entire body! It just takes a moment to DO IT. This Moment is that of Truth and reveals our direct connection with the Creator!

3- Stomach time (7 to 9 am):

With the attained circulation we can have our breakfast. Break-fast means break the fast. So, let the food be easily to digested and it must also correlate with the evolutionary oceanic past. Thus it is best to have a breakfast that is soft, on the salty side, rich in beneficial bacteria and enzymes. This would be miso-soup, followed with a whole cereal grain porridge. Leftovers from dinner can be modified and incorporated. Toasted bread is hard to digest and fruits, juices included, create the opposite to that of the Inner-oceanic condition. Instead of the alkalinity acidity is created. Drinking coffee is not such a good idea either. As such we create an artificial condition of the circulatory system. It also harms the kidneys with all the consequences thereof.

      Now we begin with Entering the Portal of inner-Creation and need to know the importance of the mouth and how to use it. Each bite of food must go along with the conscious combination of tastes and textures. The ideal taste (the mild sweetness of the whole cereal grain) must remain the dominant taste. As we masticate, the mouth secretes the saliva which contains the most important enzyme for the digestive process. The more we chew the better we can digest and to release the MEMORY that the food contains. As Gandhi once said, “drink your food and chew your drink”. 50% of any healing process depends on the proper chewing of food. Chewing can be used as Medicine!  It is by this memory (quite different than memorising) that we can make a full cycle of consciousness. First by the day-cycle and later by our birth/death-cycle. What we in the End must Remember is that we are in truth Eternal.  What is endless is Change and this truth we begin to Realise in our MOUTH!

The saliva is transmuted from our blood. When we chew we mix the food with the blood. This process we must not disturb by drinking during the meal, getting engaged in a conversation or watching TV. With the proper completion of each bite of food in the mouth we set the basis for the completion of anything we are engaged in, to realise our destiny. Do not add food to the mouth before the completion of one “mouth-cycle”. Completely masticate, swallow and than begin anew. Wait with drinking, about 20- 30 minutes after the meal (one sip or two is OK when it is needed to create comfort in the throat). Also do not drink shortly before the meal.

4- Spleen time (9 to 11 am):

The activation of blood must go along with physical activities.

5- Heart time (11am  to 1 pm):

Similarly as with spleen time.

6- Small-intestine time (1 to 3 pm):

The digestion of food is accentuated. So, one o’clock to begin with lunch (largest amount of all meals) is ideal. Apply the same eating order as is explained earlier. Begin the meal with soup and end with the salad if there is any. To have a salad at the beginning of the meal is not such a good practice. It will disturb the entire digestive process. Raw foods need to stay longer in the stomach and also need more blood for the breakdown. It is important that the first inner-connection is made with the inner-ocean from where the blood originates. Do not eat sweets, dessert or fruit right after the meal, for it can reduce the digestion and benefits of the food just eaten, to nil. As such we also diminish our bodily reserves day by day until we come to a “sudden breakdown”. We hear it so often, “this person was always so “healthy” and then dies of a heart-attack or cancer”. The “sudden death” of the athlete is puzzling for medical science.

As the blood is focussed on the shall-intestine in the digestive process, less of it goes to the brain. Consequently it is during this time that we will get somewhat “sleepy” and drink coffee to stay awake. What an inner-sabotage! So, get a short “siesta” and then eat the fruit of your desire.

7- Bladder time (3 to 5 pm): Regulation of the inner-water system. Too much liquid consumption at this time and also fruit, will create the cooling condition that we do not need in the evening and night.

8-

Kidney time (5 to 7 pm):

This organ controls the sex and the reproductive energies and can be supported with the dinner that must not be too heavy and large. A thick “soupy meal” made from lunch left-overs is OK. Fruits in the evening is not such a good idea. Late eating is worst, because it prevents the focus of the blood on the liver (1 to 3 am). Dinner around 6 to 7 pm) is best.

9-  Heart Governor time (7 to 9 pm):

This organ correlates with “circulation-sex” and emotion. Maintenance of tranquillity is advised, along with the mental aspect and social interactions. We had our “fill” of food and now we must prepare for making ourselves Food for the Creator by way of Consciousness. Now we must transcend the Mind so that we can enter the higher Spiritual part of our being, next.

10- Triple warmer or metabolism ((9 to 11 pm): 

The transition of the Mind to Soul is taking place. So, be aware of what is occupying the Mind! Go to bed.

11- Gall-bladder time (11 pm to 1 am):

This organ protects the Liver and must be kept warm, not to be burdened with oily and greasy foods. Certainly not with a “late pizza”! Today the “routine gall-bladder removal” has become a norm. Without this organ we lack the “build-in spiritual protection”. By this time we must already be in deep sleep.

12- Liver time (1 to 3 am):

The blood is now focussing on the liver, ready to be programmed along with the incoming vibrations from outer-space. Around  2 am is the best time to be born and upon the life’s fulfilment to die. The liver is the spiritual “come and go” portal.

      Now we need the practical instructions for the choosing and preparation of our daily food. There is plenty of information on this, that you can get from MACROBIOTIC literature or via the inter-net.

What to Eat

1 -- The whole cereal grain is the most Universal food, and since we are Creation in the Human form…it reasons that this most complete food has to be our MAIN food – at least 50% of our daily food consumption

2 -  Legumes (beans, lentils, peas) are the secondary grains and can be included in the amount of about 15%, 3-5 times per week.

3 -  Vegetables should be eaten according to the seasons of growth, coming from the same climatic zone where the consumer lives. Pumpkins and hard squashes can be eaten beyond the season of its growth, according to their natural lasting. The amount is around 25%

4 -  Condiments and relishes are used to enhance taste according to personal needs. Some of them have a therapeutic effect.

5 -  Fruits can be best eaten at the warmest part of the day, preferably after the siesta.(3pm solar time) They should not be eaten for breakfast or along with a meal. The contradicting practice began with the commercial promotion after the second world war and has also contributed to today’s health-norms.  Today most people die un-naturally in the “inquisition created hospital”.  The proportion must not exceed 5%.

6 -  Animal flesh can be eaten when the environment requires it, such as areas close to the North-pole, providing that the animal was naturally raised. The proper preparation to reduce toxicity must also be observed.

7 – Small amounts of other secondary foods (nuts, seeds) are optional.

8 -  Desserts are purely pleasure foods and it is up to the consumer to know what the limits are, and the possible consequences. If it is preferred, let it be awhile after the meal, so that it will not interfere with the digestive process.

Recipes

      There are hundreds of recipe books. All of them can basically give ideas of how to combine different ingredients for the purpose of getting good taste. This small section on food-preparation is about the process of implementing food to maintain the Total Being as we are proceeding within the infinite universe.

Considerations of food preparation and way of eating

• Choose the whole cereal grain of the day (rice, millet, wheat, spelt, oats, rye, barley. sorghum) – at least 50% of the total daily food consumption. The amount of cereal grains can be calculated according as how we also use it for dinner and breakfast. For dinner the left-over cereals can be mixed with left-over side-dishes and cooked with water to make a thick soup. Extra flavouring is optional. Finally the left-over cereals for breakfast with water to make a porridge
• Legumes (beans, lentils, peas, garbanzo) – 15-20%, to be mainly used for lunch, about 4 times per week.
• Seasonal vegetables – 25% , most of it for lunch. Salads can be included and must be eaten towards the end of the meal
• Optional: seasonal fruits wich are grown in the same climatic zone, nuts and animal meat only when the climate and location requires it, such as in Alaska, with the stipulation that we know how to prepare and eat it to remedy the poisonous effects.
• Condiments, relish and salted pickles are important to aid the digestive process.

Cooking whole cereal grains

Unpolished rice

1-    wash

2-    Soak in water if a soft consistency is required.

3-    The water level is about 5 cm above the rice level.

4-    Add a pinch of salt (1/4 teaspoon/ 3 cups) and gently stir it only at the upper-level.

5-    Bring to a boil and put the fitting lid on after the water level has come down to about 1-2 cm above the rice level. Put a flame diffuser under the pot and lower the flame. Continue simmering for one hour. Be sure that all this time the lid is not lifted!

6-    Stir the rice, so that the bottom part is harmonised with the upper part.

7-    Do not refrigerate the rice. It can be kept in the pot with a cloth over it.

Toast/boil cereal grain

1-     Wash the cereal and drip-dry it.

2-     Toast in a skillet until light brown or when some of the grains begin to pop and meanwhile bring water to a boil.

3-     Drop into the boiling water of the pot to cook in. Amount of water is about 5 cm above the cereal level. Some cereals can use more water, such as wheat and sorghum.

4-     Bring to a boil and put the lid on after the water level has come down to about 1-2 cm above the cereal level. Put a flame diffuser under the pot and lower the flame. Continue simmering for one hour. Be sure that all this time the lid is not lifted!

5-     Stir the rice, so that the bottom part is harmonised with the upper part.

6-     Do not refrigerate the rice. It can be kept in the pot with a cloth over it.

Cereal grain cooking with insulation method:

The same as the above, with the difference that the simmering is only 30-45 minutes and that the cooked cereals (still with lid on) is insulated in a box with blankets. This is a great way to have breakfast ready. Still warm!

Azuki/pumpkin/kombu seaweed

This dish is great for the cure of diabetes.

1-    Soak the beans overnight

2-    Layer the pot with cut up strips of kombu seaweed and put the soaked azuki plus its water on it. The water level should be about 5 cm above the beans.

3-    Bring to a boil until the water has come halve down. Meanwhile cut up the pumpkin (best is the green “Hokaido”).

4-    Put flame diffuser under pot and lid on. Reduce the flame.

5-    Check after about 3/4 hour if the beans have become soft. At least for 80% Add water if needed.

6-    If OK, add the same amount as the beans, a layer of cut pumpkin (about 3-4 cm cubes).

7-    Add tamari to taste when the pumpkin has become soft. Gently mix without breaking up the pumpkin too much and continue simmering for 10 minutes.

8-    One cup of this dish can be daily eaten with lunch by the diabetic person. Of course, all junk foods should be scrapped.

Root Stew

A great healing dish to get the system up. Can be eaten three times per week.

1-    Soak wakame seaweed and cut up in smaller peaces.

2-    Cut up the following vegetables (same amount of each) in about 2-3 cm cube size pieces: leek, daikon or turnips, parsnips, carrots.

3-    Layer the pot (best thick material) with the wakame and add about 21/2 cm water. Bring to a boil.

4-    Layer the wakame with the leeks and sprinkle sparingly with tamari. Wait until the steam seeps from under the lid and add the other vegetables in the same manner. Be sure the sequence is that of the cut vegetables mentioned at 2.

Boiled Vegetables

1-    Cut vegetables in desired sizes

2-    Boil water (1-2 cm from bottom) and add the vegetables.

3-    Wait with reducing the flame until the steam seeps out from under the lid.

4-    Observe when the desired consistency or colour has been attained.

5-    Sprinkle sea salt or tamari and stir. Then continue simmering for about a minute or two.

Sesame Salt Condiment (gomasio)

Sprinkle on the cereal grain according to taste appeal. Great to speedily improve the natural immune system.

1-    Wash unpolished sesame seeds and soak it for about ½ hour.

2-    Pulverise sea salt until it is powder-fine. Use a ceremic mortal and pestle or a smooth flat stone on a wooden cutting board.

3-    Drip-dry the seeds and toast it in a skillet (layer should be about 2-4 cm thick.

4-    Stir from side to side in a rhythmic manner for an even toast and to prevent scorching.

5-    Stir faster when the seeds start popping. The flame may be lowered too.

6-    Continue until observing a slight smoking appears. Means the oily seeds are already burning. This is difficult to see unless we skilfully shake the skilled to see the trapped smoke. By experience we will know when to end.

7-    Have a bowl ready on the side, so that the toasted seeds can be immediately transferred to stop the heat transfer.

8-    Mix 1 part of the powdered salt to about 12 parts (for small children 1: 25) of toasted sesame seeds. Smash this in a mortar or suribashi (Japanese type of mortar). And store it in a closed jar to preserve the flavour.

Miso Soup

Essential to begin the day with it. Especially for those who need to restore the beneficial bacteria that has been killed by the eating of sugar and all sorts of chemicals, including anti-biotics, fluoride.

1-    Make a soup-stock from:  Kombu seaweed, wakame, sautéed onions, left-over vegetable dishes and also leftover cereal grains.

2-    Put miso paste in a bowl according to the desired taste and dilute it with a tablespoon of soup-stock. Then add more of the soup-stock.

3-    Sometimes we may add diluted miso to the porridge.

This soup is a must for those who are daily exposed to the radiation coming from mobile phones and computers.

Ten-day Rice Fast

 ("vision-quest") 
in preparation for the 
CHANGE 
the world has been waiting for

CHANGE is on the Agenda! The "first world leader", Obama, presented the word. How can Change be most powerfully used to Realise the Plan, for Earth to become a Portal of Peace?    

The Portal of peace begins with the proper use of our Mouth! It is as important of what goes into it as what we say. Because upon the digestion of food we release the Memory by which we can function, feel, experience emotions, think, discern, make choices and create. There cannot be a greater form of Change than to distil Creation within ourselves. As a microcosm of creation we must apply the same constant or law, Change, by which Creation is maintained.

Creation is condensed into plants and plants (food) become our Blood. From thereon we must use the human-potential to reverse the attained Memory via the progression of Consciousness along the central nervous system to the brain. Thus when the Memory is resonating to the Order of Creation we will also have Order (total health; means whole) in our being, way of life and relationships. Today's world is of the contrary, because humanity's blood has been tainted with the experimental foods, beverages, "medicine" and all sorts of experimental substances. All of this has resulted in the chaos that we futilely try to resolve with the creation of more laws of our own design and ongoing costly "researches" to find out how the experiment can continue. How can these laws and ways be enforced other than by making weapons the law? It is by the signing of "peace treaties" that one makes "war for peace". All wars are the result of making man-made laws the primary constant. True (lasting) peace must come from Within, by firstly PURIFYING the Blood with the Food that contains the most powerful Memory, so that we can Remember that ALL IS ONE!!! This Oneness is based on Creator's Law, CHANGE!

There is no greater food than the Whole Cereal Grain by which we can harmonize outer-creation and inner-creation (each cell of our body correlates with a star - read The Tawa Message) and among all cereal grains it is the whole rice that is most suitable for the 10-day fast, to initiate the restoration of our centred Universal Orientation, whereby we can increasingly release ourselves from the Trap.

Ten days are needed to make the fundamental Change, because every day we Change 1/10th of our blood-plasma by biological transmutation in the small-intestine (contrary to what the medical system wants us to believe - that the blood originates from bone-marrow. (sooo... where does the bone-marrow come from?). The blood-plasma Changes in the red-blood cells in 3 to 4 months. The red-blood cells Change into body-cells in 3 to 4 years. With every bite of food we can either Change for the best or for the worst. Today's tendency is of the last one. The fundamental Change from Within is the ANSWER!

The 10-day Rice fast

Up to 3 meals a day. Breakfast, after having some exercise and possible a cold shower, around 8 am. Lunch (main meal) around 1 pm (have a short nap afterwards to aid the digestive process). Dinner, around 7 pm (go to bed before 11 pm).

The amount to eat is such that there is enough space in the stomach for another 2 to 4 bites. Chew until we can drink the food. It is essential for the complete digestive process. Meanwhile contemplate on what takes place in the mouth. Complete each mouthful before adding food in the mouth. Have a peaceful setting at the table and do not talk. You may burn a candle along with a small amount of food that we offer to the Creator. Treat the place of eating, as it is a place of ceremony prayer and worship.

Absolutely no drinking while eating to maximise the digestive process. Also no drinking shortly before eating and shortly afterwards. If drinking is absolutely needed, then have a small sip to just satisfy the immediate need.

Bancha twig or kukicha (tea) is best to satisfy the thirst during the 10 days. This tea needs to be simmered for at least 15 minutes and can be kept in a pot for reuse with less water or with adding more of the twigs/leaves. Slightly toast the tea before simmering to maximise the flavour.

Possible healing symptoms

Healing symptoms may appear when the body and mind increase their power to discharge energies which are not any longer of any use for our universal development. The removal can vary from vomiting, diarrhea, skin-irregularity, being "uptight", fever, etc. The 10-day fast may not be the best for those who are already going through a "healing crisis" or are too weak to function normally. A 4-day fast is then optional. So, it is important to know more about the "normal way of eating", practised according to the principles of Creation (Change) and this includes the "alchemy, of cooking" (know more about "macrobiotics" or the "sacred way of eating".

Afterwards

After the fast we can continue with the "semi-fast" for the rest of our life! Therefore we must continue with having the whole cereal grain as the greatest portion of our daily food consumption (50% +). The rest can be seasonal vegetables (25%. including pumpkins , squashes, and sea vegetables) which were grown in the climatic zone in which we live. Legumes (beans, lentils and peas) are complementary to the grains and can be included up to 4 times per week (15%). The rest is optional (also according to region and climate) and can include seasonal/locally grown fruits. Of course, animal flesh can be eaten when we live close to the north-pole, but we must also live according to these environmental conditions. Jesus ate grasshoppers to be able to complete his 40-day vision-quest! We can do better than that. That's what he said... "and you can do more"

Democracy and Demonocracy

MIRROR and Observer

Understood within the Evolution of Consciousness on Earth

       Any leadership, government and system to maintain order is a reflection of the people who are contained within the related context of control. Along with the principle of “evil thrives there where good people do nothing”…we can have quite an accurate picture of today’s global situation. 

        Mirror and Observer correlate with “the Seed is in the Tree and the Tree is in the Seed” or, “the Centre is the contracted Circle and the Circle is the expanded Centre”. Both mirror and observer are ONE, because it is virtually impossible to lift a part of the Absolute ONENESS outside of the Whole. ALL IS ONE. The separation can only “exist” by the interplay of the Mind, that we have to create a context, hologram or “mind-trap” within the “spaceless-space”. In other words, with the mind we can create an ILLUSION, which is the world that is contained by beginning (Alpha) and end (Omega), thus finite. The union of these two attributes locate the Seed or Centre where the True Observer IS, the I AM. But, in the process of finding the Centre of centres, WITHIN… we must first study the Mirror which merely shows the outer of the Observer. Therefore we have “fashion” and all sorts of norms and laws which try to keep us within the illusory TRAP.

        We are basically dealing with the two realms, of which one is false to contrast Truth or Reality. We managed to bring the illusory world to the very extreme by the way of Consumerism that can only “exist” by an illusory concept of value, money. It has been systematically established with a “democratic system”, that is supposedly based on the principle of “government of, by and for the people”. So, let’s examine this system…. Contrast is the principle for the creation of Consciousness, because it is by the Polarisation of a part of the Oneness, that Creation can come about. Hence Democracy has also two sides, because it cannot escape from Creation, of which we are a microcosm.

      It so happened that one day an old complete unabridged Webster’s dictionary was found in a trash-bin at Hopiland/Arizona. The finder looked up the word “democracy” and this word was explained as the composition of “demos” and “cracy”. Then the word “demos” was looked up and also here there were two meanings. 1- the people. 2- the demon. It then introduced the word “demonocracy, the order of demons! This descriptions suddenly disappeared at later editions of all dictionaries. WHY?

        The closest the “modern dictionary” comes to is the word “demonize”. How do the two meanings of Democracy correlate with the Mirror and Observer? Today’s democratic system… does it rather correlate with demonocracy, considering the massive corruption whereby millions of humans are sacrificed to uphold consumerism or “new world order” or truly “Government of, by and for the people”?

        The resent presentation at the UN-Geneva (10-11 Oct 2011), concerning the search of the Solution, summarised the “Total Picture” and this article can be added to it, to describe the deeper meaning of the Mirror. Obviously today’s “democracy” is merely a reflection of the outer, with the purpose to keep the masses confined within a political/economic system that can be controlled from one centre, so that the great “to BE or not to BE” TEST can take place.

        The True Democracy will come about when we can See THROUGH and BEYOND the Mirror. Thus having the Power to transcend the Limit, which is merely letting go of the non-existent or the “not to BE”, who identifies itself by who it is NOT. Being Creation in the Human form, how can we ever be a mandatory passport, driver’s licence or social “security” number? The Liberation from the Trap can only be by reaching the Observer deep within our Heart, who can endlessly expand the Circle (= expanded centre) or context in which we can infinitely grow in Consciousness and Freedom. Therefore we must make the Mirror the Portal of Liberation. The UN-Geneva presentation touched upon the essence for Humanity to establish the true Democracy or “Heaven on Earth”. WITHIN, where the only ONE Who is in each one of us is the absolute and eternal WINNER. The “candidates” for the presidential election merely reflect the masses who cannot THINK and SEE. The total collapse of the monetary system and all that it supports…. is this dis-illusion needed to AWAKEN from the “American Nightmare”? The true Options for the election of the “absolute minority”, the ONE, could not be other than the CHOICE to BE. Who or what can ever stop the inevitable TRUTH?

The Baghavat Gita’s description of the diabolical side of a most corrupt form of government:

        The diabolical ones say, "this universe is without truth, without moral basis, without a God, brought about by mutual union, with lust for its cause; what

else? Holding this view, these ruined souls of small intellect and fierce deeds, come forth as the enemies of the world for its destruction.

        Filled within satiable desires, full of hypocrisy, pride and arrogance, holding evil ideas through delusion, they work with impure resolves. Giving themselves over to immeasurable cares ending only with death, regarding gratification of lust as their highest aim and feeling sure that that is all.

        Bound by a hundred ties of hope, given over to lust and anger, they strive to obtain by unlawful means hoards of wealth for sensual enjoyments. This has been gained by me today; this desire I shall obtain; this is mine and this wealth also shall be mine in future.

        That enemy has been slain by me; and others I shall also slay. I am the lord. I enjoy. I am perfect, powerful and happy, I am rich and born in a nobl family. Who else is equal to me? I will sacrifice. I will give charity. I will rejoice, - thus deluded by ignorance.

        Bewildered by many a fancy, entangled in the snare of delusion, addicted to the gratification of lust, they fall into a foul hell. Self-conceited, stubborn, filled with the pride and intoxication of wealth, they perform sacrifices in (or for) name out of ostentation, contrary to scriptural ordinances.

        Given over to egoism, power, haughtiness, lust and anger, these malicious People hate Me in their own bodies and those of others. These cruel haters, worst among men in the world, I hurl these evil doers into the womb of demons only. Entering into the demonical womb and deluded, birth after birth, not attaining Me, they thus fall, into a condition lower than that.

Note:

Similarly as Atlantis, that it was not just of the Atlantic region (now known as the Atlantic ocean), the entire world has become “American”. Coca Cola, Mc Donald’s, blue jeans, supermarkets, shopping malls, etc  have become global.    

The Tawa Message

        The Tawa Message was presented to the “Hopi Tribal Council” (illegally installed with the help of the corporate cartel) in 1994, when Roy Littlesun was served its eviction notice, because Roy didn’t have the “council’s permission” to honour his adoptive Hopi father’s  (Titus) request for him to continue to take care of the land that has been destined to become a most important area for the Purification that’s based on the Oneheart Teaching. The “council” came with a Swat-team to dramatise Roy’s removal! The case against Roy was dismissed by the federal judge, which left Roy to make the choice by which law justice needed to be pursued. He decided to do it by Creator’s One Law, which took him around the world until 2011, to find out how far and wide Creator’s Law can be applied, globally. Now Roy Thanks the “Council” for the “swat-team drama”, because without it, the “other side” could not be included with the completion of the PLAN. It must be understood that Hopiland is a Microcosm of the World. All of it has led to the UNIDO process and more. THANKS!

       WE ARE THE MIRACLE! This message explains why. "Tawa" means "Sun" in Hopi and "Moon" in Tibetan. What unites the two different meanings of one word is One Mother Earth. This Oneness can also be found in our Heart! Our heart is pulsated by what interconnects all our body cells: blood. Why does blood do that? Blood is the biological transmutation of food. Food is the result of the concentrated accumulation of environmental energies. This realm stretches out into the Infinite.

      Outside of our Solar System the energies of the Universe centre around the stars. All the stars interconnect with one another by their rays of light. Our sun is the closest star to us and by its light planet Earth receives Heaven's energies. By this union of Heaven and Earth, plants (food) grow. When we eat food, the stars without become the stars within, our body cells. Thus, similar to the way the Sun interconnects with all the other Suns, our heart seeks union with all the inner suns by the circulation of the “liquefied sunlight”, the blood. Then the Eater (of food) becomes food for what originated food, by how we return to the outer by our expressions or behaviour. As such the “hologram” is created in which we can create our own reality.

      Before the stars' energies reach the Sun, they are influenced and organized by the twelve constellations or heavenly bodies. This heavenly clock regulates the rhythm of the energy flow before we can come to the realisation that our heart “ticks”. These twelve constellations manifest within us as the twelve organs or organizers. Finally, when the Earth captures the stars’ energies, they become the planet’s ecology and cycles. This also manifests within our body.

       Our blood is synchronized with the ocean water, by having the same mineral composition and salinity. The blood's pulsation resonates with the ocean waves. The lungs become the inner forests and by breathing we maintain the inter-relationship. The rivers become our blood vessels, lakes become our liver, springs become our salivary glands, rain becomes our sweat, wind becomes our breath, thunder becomes our speech, lightning becomes our vision, atmospheric vibrations become our thinking ability, etc. The Moon reflects the Sun and internally manifests as feelings. Physically, the Moon is represented by the pericardium (the sack in which the heart is contained and is one of the twelve organs). By it we can become conscious of what is within and what is without. By the purity of blood, having true health, we can have the great Joy of Freedom in the circle of Light.

       The degree of synchronicity or Oneness between the "stars within" and the "stars without" depends basically upon our way of eating. By eating the Universal food, the Universal way, we can return to the Heavens with a greater sense of Being. Plants extend Earth's radiation. This happens after the sun’s rays impregnate the Earth. In order for the Earth's energies to ascend beyond its environment, they need to be organised within a body that can contain the integrity of the Earth, and by having the ability to biologically transmute food into higher frequencies of energy. This ascension begins with the integration of Earth's centre (iron, Fe) by having it become our blood's nucleus, around which the complexity of the Earth is centred. Thus, wherever our blood circulates to, we can feel, indicating that we can radiate the Earth THROUGH the Human Potential beyond the Moon into far distant realms of the Infinite Universe.

       In short, the more we can extract the essence or memory of food into our blood, the more we are “liked” by an “eater” of a higher order. Ultimately we become food for the Creator. Self-realisation is completely becoming food for the Creator WITHIN! For this reason we must fully digest our food, in order to REMEMBER who we truly are.

Control

       Most humans today lack the synchronicity of Oneness between Creation without and Creation within. This disharmony is the seed-cause of disease, mental instability and disturbing behaviour patterns. There can be no peace, justice, freedom or joy in the world when the masses suffer from their inner violence among the stars within = star wars!

       Disease is war within. Addiction is slavery within. Unhappiness is the stagnation of spirit. Instead of a clean and harmonious flow of blood, obstruction manifests as pain, swellings (including obesity), cysts, tumours, stones, suspicion, insecurity, fear, jealousy, hatred, anger, etc.

       Instead of resolving the world’s problems by restoring one's true health - cleaning up the inner debris - methods are employed by which one can “live” with the pollution. The “problem syndrome” isreferred because the world has conformed to systems we can be comfortable with. Consequently the system's sciences and technologies using the energy from artificial sources deprive our bodies / minds / emotions of the true food needed to keep the system healthy and stable. Weak body / mind / emotions can be more easily controlled and exploited by a centralized system or syndication. This control has been developed through the monopoly over:

Land - by commercialised agriculture (“cash-crops”).

Body - by junk food, medicine, drugs.

Mind - by education, science, media, politics and money vested interests.

Spirit - by the manipulation of atmospheric conditions, microwaves, fear,  enforcement of politically designed laws and “religion”.

       Due to the poor quality of blood, the mind has become unable to distinguish between what is correct and incorrect. Good is not good when the body has to depend on the correct administration of the incorrect way of eating and healing. By surrendering to a false belief, one's spirit can be forged into a syndicate-controlled world. Under the control of a corrupt centralized government, the good can only be good when one can be found to be bad. Therefore, the syndicate-enforced laws make sure that the bad prevails so that the “goodness” of the state can survive. This is the idea of the cultivation of disease, giving the medicine by which one can “live” with the disease. That's why prisons are breeding-grounds of crime, because it helps the judicial system in power. Having “rights” and “freedom” based on politically designed laws one can keep the masses within  self-imposed limitations. Thus we can perpetually defend the boundaries by making “war for peace”!

The Question: What is the universal significance of this non-universal course?

       Our Will represents the Creative Force by which we were created and can continue to exist. When this inner force is solely used to maintain the Oneness between the inner and outer, we can, like stones and plants, continue to exist. Unless we can use our will for making a choice, we cannot fully contribute to the Human Potential. In other words, in order to cultivate our spirit unto the highest levels, we must be able to consciously use our will or inner creative force to extend the present, which is an accumulation of the past. The Conscious extension of the ever-present, through Discernment, is known as Choice. By the understanding of how we are a part of Creation we can universally grow. Through “public education”, however, our universal growth has become stunted. Consequently addiction sets in, which is the final dead-end mode, instant gratification or extreme illusion.

       The Human being, since it has the greatest integration of Heaven and Earth energies, is most able to evolve from the planet by choice and can direct the Force by which we were created into much higher levels of existence. Due to the great ability to reflect the inner sun, by feeling, the human being has the great ability to discern, and to create its own future and reality in order to validate its being by making a choice. The ultimate reflection upon one's ability to express will is by having the ultimate contrast to the Order of Creation.

       By the discovery that we can direct our own sensation course (sensation is the result of contrast), we can deviate from the Absolute Constant (Creator's Law) and can create our own laws by which we can experiment (temporal world). New and unique things and ways can come into being, which can teach us about ourselves, our limitations and also the endless world of change - Freedom. This is the basis for experimentation.

        When the experiment has come to its end, we can then see the limitations of the world we have created under the temporal laws. Then the condition is established by which the ultimate choice can be made. Then our power of will can undergo the final test. The extreme options then are: “to BE” and “not to BE”.

Return to the non-experimental world, Creation, and enjoy Freedom.

       Presently, the danger exists that the world can be destroyed through the experimental mode of the “new world order”. An increasing number of people are becoming aware of the need to discontinue and separate themselves from the syndicate-controlled world by becoming Sovereign Under Creator’s Law. The first step is to consciously restore your Oneness with Creation. This is basically done through the Sacred Way of Eating. Food is much more than nutrition!

In Other Words

       The Human race on planet Earth has to grow out of its immaturity of spirit. The darkness of the world was needed to find the inner light. The pains of body, mind and spirit indicate the seeking for the Sun that must radiate from within. As the contrast of Earth's darkness and Heaven's light come to the extreme, the final choice can be made. We either choose to remain blind to the inner light and continue to suffer, or choose to ignite the inner light to brighten the world into PEACE - to BE Hopi (peaceful individual = peaceful indivisible -two).

       The first choice requires one to follow the course of addiction to the very end. The second choice requires one to purify the body with Creator's medicine, food and prayer. Only then can we heal our Heart and trust our mind and truly comprehend the Tawa Message. This call is that of joy.

Moreover

       Separation equals limitation. Oneness equals Freedom. We all breathe from the same Heaven, drink and eat from the same Earth. Then what is it that makes us divide and war? Both Heaven and Earth have One Origin. This Source maintains Heaven and Earth by the One Law. It is by the individual's relationship to this absolute constant that Humanity's unity is maintained.

       By not living the Law of laws, the people will create their own laws and ways. By doing so, boundaries are set up, indicating the limits of the secondary laws. Consequently the people who claim their rights under the secondary law will quarrel about what they have in common: their limitations! This is the irony of today's quest for “freedom” = make war for “peace”. This blindness is due to the darkness that is carried by one's blood.

       Indeed, separation equals limitation and will lead to the organization of murder. It has led to the creation of nations in which the ways and things that were originally free can be price-tagged and monopolized. Today a nation's main interest is to economically survive because their laws forbid people to be SOVEREIGN UNDER CREATOR'S LAW.

       Legality makes sure that one has the right to make a “living” at the expense of life. Exclusive laws justify the killing of those who trespass our own boundaries. The most profitable commodity, weaponry, supports the costly armies required to do the defending. By this madness one is told why, how, who, where and when to kill. This insanity has come to its climax, by uniting nations under the same laws that have been creating such disunity. Murder is supported under the supervision of a centralized economy. Those who do not agree will be economically boycotted and killed. All of this craziness began with one's separation from Creation's Order by the destruction of one's Oneness with Creation.

       The world is beginning to get used to having extreme weather conditions and traumatic shifts in nature (high winds, floods, volcanic eruptions, and earthquakes). Reacting to that by shifting economic interests or re-budgeting and by the design of protective means truly shows the arrogance and suicidal state of the modern world.

       In parallel, the body reacts by internal imbalance: by fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, convulsions, etc., and ultimately by degenerative diseases. Nature maintains itself through the change of cycles. This in turn affects those whose internal imbalance created the environmental instability. This is justice.

       It has to be understood that due to the Oneness between our inner and outer being, the ecology of the world is affected by everything we do with our being, whether it is physically, mentally, or spiritually. All is interconnected. To think that we can be excluded from Universal Justice by ignoring the Oneness, indicates the great disease of spirit: arrogance. This pestilence can be cured in two ways:

       By nature's upheaval which will increase with our persistence in following the experimental way of life over the order of Creation. Consequently lives will be terminated traumatically by disease (inner war) or war (outer disease).

Or

       By becoming humble and fully submitting to the highest law of the Infinite Universe. By purifying our blood. By restoring our Oneness with Creation. By becoming Sovereign Under Creator’s Law. This requires Strong Courage, to test our Will by making the Choice in the Light of Truth. By making this choice we can be a true member of Creation. The false democracy requires us to choose between syndicate-controlled options and by having individuals join a majority of weaklings (“dropouts”) within the universal context. This is the disguised minority. The freedom that this “majority" seeks has to be defended by “war for peace”, by their tax money and lack of spirit. Thus with each “victory” everyone loses, because the “majority” consists of the ultimate “minority”, which is the Individual (=  ”indivisible–two”). The chain is as strong as its weakest link… THINK.

       The connection between the inner and the outer freedom should be clear. Now we can choose between the costly and enslaving “universal coverage" (live with disease) keeping us separate from Creation, or to be Human again by freely enjoying true Freedom. Vote for the consensus of Oneness!

       As the sounds of self-destruction become louder, the need to listen to the Tawa Message becomes louder too. The solution has to come from within, from the point of Silence and Stillness. The choice is ours and can be independently made.

Essence of the Tawa Message

       The resonance of Truth comes from One-Heartedness. One-Heartedness is gained by the purity of one's blood, with each pulsation of our inner sun, our Heart. By the synchronism of our heart's pulsation with the Sun we all share, we set the basis for world harmony and peace.

       The purity of our blood comes about by the sacred way of eating - the daily practice of maintaining the Oneness between Creation without and Creation within.

The peaceful purification of the world begins with the deep desire to serve Creation and with the purification of our blood, leading to synchronizing our heartbeat with the centre of our solar system, the Sun. This star is in synchronism with all the other stars - giving the Portal to the forces of the Universe and beyond, into the Sun of all suns. The Tawa Message is the call of Freedom, to be One within the Circle of Light: the Realm within the Endless Growing Horizon.

       Planet Earth, our food and our body - all are means to reach the end. The open question: within which context do we identify ourselves? Be a property or subject of a syndicate-controlled world, or as a Member of the Infinite Universe? The last option requires us to re-Member the Oneness as our Origin.

       The beginning and the end are one. Dynamically speaking, the beginning, the means and the end is NOW, the present. The Oneness that we can express through our uniqueness of Being. Each one of us can now make The Choice.

       When we allow ourselves to be controlled and exploited through the means of the syndication, we can end up in the trap of the beliefs of self-denial and self-oppression, putting specialists and leaders in power over us, who decide by which standards and rules we should live and die.

       The Sacred Way of Eating can be most powerfully used for one's release from exploitative society's trap - its dogmas, rituals, protocol, its addictive and abusive ways. It can give us clarity and insight (seeing what is within us), enabling us to Listen to our own Heart and Trust our own Mind.

       The Syndication offers the Dead End, the Prison. The Infinite provides Freedom through the Purity of Being, giving us the best chance to stay on course - the Sharp Edge.

The Return

       The only limitation that can possibly be experienced on the Earthly plane exists in the mind. Earth swirls freely within the sky. It is only by the selfish fixation with earthly vested interests, that limitations are created.

       We have travelled the Long Path in space and time. The Great Plan was designed for us to find out what it takes to Overcome Limitation, to be Freely Free. The Quest required the deviation from the Eternal One Law. Consequently we forced ourselves to create our own laws that we have to enforce ourselves in order to maintain a temporary order. In this way we created boundaries - our prison. Now we can discover and know the fullest extent of our being on the Earthly plane. The need for the prison and its related sufferings have ended. We created our prison - now we can un-create it!

       Having experienced this plane of limitation, we can now become Great Healers of Creation by learning to change an extreme poison into a most powerful medicine. It requires the Purification of body, mind and soul for us to Return to the Order of Creation with a higher CONSCIOUSNESS.

BE HOPI

        CHANGE or Creator’s One Law is the absolute and eternal Constant of Creation – and since we are Creation in the Human Form, it is essential that the Law of laws is used as our Control-factor. UNIDO is the total and last revolution that’s based on the practical use of Creator’s One Law. As such we can Liberate Humanity from the mental-trap, because Change is the POWER whereby any limit fades when it has served its purpose to be the steppingstone towards Liberation, to make place for the ever perpetuating TRUTH whereby we can BE!

        This Law must be firstly applied to ourselves, by changing the FOOD we eat into the BLOOD whereby we could begin to manifest in Mother’s Womb, then upon birth can function, feel, have emotions, think, discern, make a choice, act and finally identify ourselves by the God-given right to BE. Food/blood has been overlooked as the essential Power-point. Whoever controls our food and way of eating can also control the eater and its way of life. Therefore the KITCHEN in which the Food-CONTROL takes place, must become the Centre of Government. Before the infamous INQUISITION this Centre was the first temple or church, hospital, laboratory (of alchemy), school, and centre of economy. Every Home had its own bank, the granary that held the universal and original money. Hereby the true democracy can have the firm basis of “government by, of and for the people”. Today’s conventional institutions (especially the hospital) are of the contrary, as the result of the ongoing Roma created inquisition. Woman was primarily persecuted (the “witch”) to make the control-shift from the inner into that of the outer. .Now we must prioritise Creator’s One Law, CHANGE, to get hold of the “panhandle”, to end the abuse of the external dominance under the politically created laws. The time is upon us to realise the PLAN to make Earth the Portal of Peace and enter the Decisive-battle Within. And WIN it with the Observer’s Choice to BE. The Experiment is OVER!

        The “time-field” or “tree” that has a beginning and end, is needed to have an Experience - “HO”. Out of this a Consciousness of ONE, the “constructive or seed” is created that unifies the Alpha and  the Omega - “PI”. Hence “the tree is in the seed and the seed is in the tree”. The prophetic Union of the Eagle (HO, Space, Un-structured, Mind, Mirror) and the Condor (PI, Time, Structured, Heart, Observer) constitutes Peace - HOPI. It is by BLOOD that we can unify Mind and Heart. PEACE would be Humanity’s Legacy on Earth. BE HOPI!

        The Seed has the Power of ONE and is thus able to DETACH itself from the Tree. In other words, having the Power to DISTLL the Whole into itself. This is SELF-realisation!. What makes us HOPI is the SELF to realise itself by and within the SELF. The next and true Economy is based on this Power and therefore the Whole Cereal Grain that has the Total Memory must be INVESTED into the SELF, so that the Eater of it can again be PRICELESS and goes along with the Realisation that we are indeed Creation in the Human Form! We “Arrive” with the Realisation that we are the creator of our own reality.

A Message from Hopiland to

All Veterans

What we FEAR and give into it, becomes our untrue master.

The “draftee” of a nation goes to war, because he fears to go to prison (others join for the sake of glory - same thing).- to be in a CELL where he has the OPPORTUNITY to discover Who his True MASTER is.

This Master can lead him to WIN the Decisive-battle-WITHIN.

But when the decision is made to obey the inferior master, who finances BOTH sides (FACT), “friend and foe” - one can be ordered to destroy the “enemy”, not realising that he also destroys his MIRROR.

Now he cannot SEE that the Enemy is in Truth WITHIN.

From hereon he becomes the Great LOOSER.

He becomes an unhappy “veteran”, unless someone shows him toreconstruct the Mirror in a Peaceful way.

This would be the last OPPORTUNITY to SEE, because now the MIRROR and OBSERVER can become ONE – ONE with the only ONE, WITHIN.

This is the SELF-realisation and GOAL of Life, to Transcend the Duality according to a PLAN.

Until then the “master” will see to it that the “veteran” will end up on the final external battlefield, on the Operation Table or some sort of sacrificial altar – according to a secondary plan or scheme

The MESSAGE: “Veterans WAKE UP and this time bring up the COURAGE to WIN the Decisive-battle-WITHIN!

As such he can truly be the one who can Defend HUMANITY against INJUSTICE or any form of TERRORISM.

Creator’s Law

        “Tell the World the Truth about Creator’s Law” is the Last Hopi Message is essential to the above. Creator’s One Law is the absolute and eternal Constant, which is CHANGE. By this Law of laws EVERYTHING is POSSIBLE. In other words, there is no limit or condition than can override the UNCONDITIONAL. And since we are Creation in the Human Form…it is certainly possible to delete the prevailing conditions which are today keeping Humanity within the grip of today’s finite laws and ways.

        Prophecies are forewarnings that, when we do not make Creator’s One Law our Primary Constant, they will come true in a devastating way. And since ALL IS ONE, creation and Creator are One too. This reasons that the Creator is closest to us WITHIN. So far all the prophecies which have come to pass are of the OUTER.

        The time is upon us to REVEAL the POWER of ONE that we can do by using this unstoppable force in the form of FREE WILL. In other words, HIS WILL can flow through us when we fully surrender to HIS PLAN. As is stated above, different people and races around the planet were commissioned to keep Earth in balance, so that the Great Experiment can be completed, to finally be able to Transcend an extreme form of Duality. The Experiment is OVER! And the ONLY way to come back to the true Order, is by making Creator’s One Law our Primary Constant.

        So, everything within Creation is bound by polarity. So far prophecies emphasised the outer-events. It is now the turn of the inner. The Moha and the Sun signs indicate the outer and the inner. The outer is what moves or the changing. The inner is what is still or the unchanging. More clearly said, the circle gives space for movement and the centre has the density that can lead to the absolute stillness and silence…where we can be One with the ONE.

        All wars and any form of upheaval are the result of not being in our Centre, as the result of following laws which serve the Duality best (read The Warrior). And the more wars we “win” the more we end up as a LOOSER. This makes sense by knowing that all opposites uphold the Oneness within the circle, and when we destroy just one part of the circle, we cannot come to the Centre from where the POWER must come to Win the DECISIVE-battle-within. The circle is the expanded centre and the centre is the contracted circle. Similarly reasoned, the tree contains the seed and the seed contains the tree. ALL IS ONE.

        The Moha/Circle/Outer/Movement and the Sun/Centre/Inner/Stillness, seen as of the our Being, correlate with Mind and Heart. The outer-wars became possible by allowing Mind to control Heart. But now we must Heart to be in full control. Therefore we must make Creator’s One law make the LAW whereby all other laws, which rather DIVIDE and FIX, can be overruled. So, heed the Las Hopi Message when PEACE is on top of our agenda. I other words, BE HOPI !!!

WIN from WITHIN

        This timely Message came from the Heavens and must be as seriously examined as what it takes for the conventional soldier or mercenary…to be drilled into OBEDIENCE, so that orders for battle will not be met with a second thought. Booth-camp is needed to break ones will to then be programmed into the one to be willed. The true WARRIOR stands  above this, because he first of all obeys the Creator Who is WITHIN. He has to, because we are Creation in the Human Form! This obedience cannot be mechanical. It has to be Understood, to be able to use the God-given intelligence to set the basis for making the Conscious CHOICE to BE. This is the “I AM-Warrior”, who goes by the “God helps those who help themselves” POWER. The true Warrior must have the intelligence and Will to understand the following and uses it to help Humanity with the Last and Decisive-battle-WITHIN. The true Warrior fights for Justice Under Creator’s One Law. As such he can be invincible and WIN from WITHIN.

The Five Archetypes

The Five Archetypes, relating to the Five Elements::

1-

The Orphan, where we all begin with, in Mother’s Womb which is the microcosm of what contains Creation.

2-

The Magician, who is the one who has Realised the SELF or I AM.

3-

The Seeker, the one who is on the Path (“sharp edge”, Kalaitaka) that leads the Orphan to become the Magician – who is assisted by the Care-giver (Female) and the Warrior (Male). All three are WITHIN. Hence the SELF is realised by and within the SELF. In its process the Seeker must find out what it takes to UNITE Mind/Mirror and Heart/Observer, in order to have the inner-Control. Therefore one needs to be CALM in order to be in ones Centre from where the POWER of ONE comes forth for the Realisation of the I AM.

4-

The Care-giver Within, the one who must first of all take care of the BLOOD-quality (by way of FOOD) and inner-protection, on which our Total Health depends on.

5-

The Warrior, who takes care of the outer-protection. He must first of all protect Woman, for she is the highest among all gods. She can create From Within. Only through Her, correlating with the Earthly Mother, can we reach the Heavenly Father (Jesus).

        The mother's lap is the school for all; it is your first temple. There is no god higher than the mother. To recognise this truth about one's mother is the duty of every person. Your father is your treasure and mother, your god. Instead of valuing such precious wealth, people engage in all kinds of activities to acquire riches and positions. Father and mother are inseparable like the word and its meaning. The distinction between man and woman relate only to the physical body. The Indwelling Spirit in both of them is the same divine. Everyone should cherish one's parents as embodiments of the Divine.

The WARRIOR

There are basically two types of Warriors.

1-

The warrior who fights to “make war for peace”. He gets engaged with the outer-war, because he fears the enemy more than he loves his friend. He believes that he becomes the winner by overcoming the fear to die, not understanding that he does it on the CONDITIONS of those who created the war. Not understanding that what we fear and not be able to transcend it FROM WITHIN…becomes our master. So, this warrior gets a “medal on his chest” from the instigator of war and goes home as a “veteran”. Then the Real War begins… Now the veteran must face the Decisive-battle-WITHIN! Can he Win it when he still goes by the same Conditions which caused him to the outer-war? How can he become free from the master who instigated the Fear? Which were those conditions? First we must understand that our outer-enemy is our MIRROR and by Destroying it we CANNOT See and Defeat the Real Enemy who is WITHIN! This enemy makes himself evident AFTERWAEDS, in the form of the physical, emotional and mental problems. Just look at the veteran, in what condition he is in.

2-

The Warrior who enters the Decisive-battle-WITHIN and defeats his enemy with LOVE. So, what is LOVE? This “Weapon of weapons” we must know how to use is Service of the ONE Who is WITHIN. The true Warrior must BE a HOPI and the following explains it.

Friend or Foe?

How can we Know who our Friends and Enemies are?

Our Enemies try to get us engaged with the outer-Battle.

They try to make us believe lies (propaganda and halve-truths), so that the power for “defeating” the make-belief enemy can come from without.

This outer-power is that of those who try to gain control and ownership under laws which are contrary to that of the Creator.

BOTH sides of the outer-battle are staged by the SAME perpetrators of war.

Our true Friends try to get us engaged with the inner-Battle.

They try to make us understand the Truth of SELF, so that the POWER that we need to defeat the Enemy can come forth from WITHIN.

Jesus and other Messengers of Truth were such Friends.

This POWER is of the Creator that can make all other weapons useless.

Know that the Enemy is our MIRROR and by destroying it we cannot See the inner-Enemy, who will consequently get in control over our ability and capacity to Win the Decisive-battle-WITHIN.

One becomes unknowingly the Big Looser by “winning” the outer-battle.

The evidence is shown by the deplorable “veteran” who will loose from WITHIN, because he has denied Creator’s POWER to BE, the Unconditional I AM..

Most people Fear the outer-authority more than Loving the only ONE. Therefore one easily obeys the outer-authority who delegates his limitation in the form of money and weapons, which soon run out of buying and shooting power. Creator’s POWER is Eternal , because it is the POWER of LOVE. Not just “love” as “I love you” or “I am in love”. True Love is Unconditional and is the same as what Creator’s One Law, CHANGE, is. Change is Unstoppable and it is only by not Living this absolute Constant that we can be FIXED within a Cage that belongs to the Enemy. This Trap that one volunteers to fight for prevents us to Enter the Decisive-battle-WITHIN. It guarantees one to be the LOOSER, regardless on which side we are on. BOTH sides are owned by the SAME fake-owner. The “medal” for “bravery” at the outer-battlefield is placed ON the chest. The COURAGE for Winning the inner-Battle is rewarded by the Creator Who will make our HEART (inner-Medal”) the PORTAL of PEACE, to become a HOPI!

True Peace lies at the Centre of centres, which is for us deep within our Heart. The symbol of Heart is similar as that of LOVE. Why? The following explains it.

Symbol of Love and Heart

The time is upon us to Harvest the POWER, which created the great Division of the world, by way of FORGIVENESS. This Power has been scattered, but because we have the Heart where the only ONE is the closest to us, we can with HIS Help “Un-scatter” the world From Within. The entire process of the Duality is to TEACH us about LOVE, which is encoded by the symbol of Love and Heart. Now we can Harvest this POWER in SPIRIT. We laboured hard to come this far!

The two stages of the Symbol

1- “Two-Heart” (Mind is in control and creates conditions)

The two ascending lines from one point – one becoming two:  setting the basis for the creation of Conditions, which create reactions (emotional, mental, social and political conflicts ; nuclear energies and the consequences thereof) due to the absence of a UNIFYING Centre. This Centre we contain in our Heart.

2- “One-Heart” (Heart is in Control and establishes the unconditional)

The ascending lines curve and come to one point – two becoming one: with the UNION of Heart and Mind the PLAN to make Earth the Portal of Peace, can be Realised by Transcending the Duality that has been FIXING humanity within a Mental-TRAP. Now we can attain the inner-Control.

The change from 1 to 2 is FORGIVENESS.

        Quite different than “feeling sorry for “poor me” begging for forgiveness”. The true Forgiveness is the Mind/Conditional Surrendering (1) to the Heart/Unconditional (2).As such we can gain the POWER of LOVE and only with this Seed-Power can we Universally Grow and  also WIN the Decisive-battle-WITHIN, to BE FREE OF FEAR and any Condition that can Fix us within a Cage, because we can truly say “I AM – HOPI. Planet Earth can be DE-fenced by Humanity becoming HOPI.One Mother - One Humanity

To be in a CELL where he has the OPPORTUNITY to discover Who his True MASTER is.

And this Master can lead him to WIN the Decisive-battle-WITHIN.

But then the decision is made to obey the inferior master, who finances BOTH sides of the war.

FACT.

The “soldier” is ordered to destroy the “enemy”, not realising that he also destroys his MIRROR.

Now he cannot SEE that the Enemy is WITHIN.

He becomes an unhappy “veteran”, unless someone shows him to reconstruct the Mirror in a Peaceful way.

Until then the “master” will see to it that the “veteran” will end up as the Big Looser, on the Operation Table that’s owned by the same master.

        When all sins and uncleanness’s are gone from your body, your blood shall become as pure as our Earthly Mother’s blood and as the river’s foam sporting in the sunlight. And your breath shall become as pure as the breath of odours flowers; your flesh as pure as the flesh of fruits reddening upon the leaves of trees; the light of your eyes as clear and bright as the brightness of the sun shining upon the blue sky. And now shall the angles of the Earthly Mother serve you. And your breath, your blood, your flesh shall be one with the breath, blood, and the flesh of the Earthly Mother, that your spirit also may become one  with the spirit of your Heavenly Father. HOPI means to BE One with the Peaceful ONE.

How can we BE one with the ONE?

Where is the ONE?

How can we find the ONE?

The only ONE is at the Centre of centres.

This Centre is WITHIN.

Where is the Within?

The ONE is the Creator of the ALL.

The ALL is contained by the MIRROR.

And the Mirror is contained by the Unknown that contains the Infinite Possibilities.

The ONE is the only ONE Who can REALISE the Possibility.

And therefore created the Mirror.

The ALL is CREATION and is the Reflection that comes via the Centre or the WITHIN into the WITHOUT.

Creation is between the Centre, where the OBSERVER can BE, and the Mirror.

The Peaceful One or HOPI is Realised by the Total INTEGRATION of the ALL, along with the CONSCIOUSNESS that ALL IS ONE.

The attainment of it can only be realised through the Complementary part of the Father, who is the Mother.

The Centre by which we can BE, thus be the PEACEFUL one, a HOPI, is located with the Contraction of the Original WOMB or MIRROR.

As such Creation “shrinks” and appears to us as a Universe.

The universe shrinks and appears to us as a Galaxy.

The galaxy shrinks and appears to us as a Solar system.

The solar system shrinks and we find ourselves on Planet Earth.

The shrinking Womb or Mirror, in which our SPIRIT directly connects with the ONE, contains the ALL.

Now Creation is distilled in Mother’s Womb and is initiated by the Sacred act of SEX.

Father and Mother connect most intimate to locate for us the Centre WITHIN, through which we can REALSE the I AM, to BE HOPI.

Here our Spirit can Begin to have the Earth-experience that begins with the manifestation of the Physical Heart.

Then the Heart begins to Pulsate as the result of the Father-Mother connection.

By the pulsation it becomes possible to through the Mother gradually condense Creation around the Heart, to finally have the BODY by which the Spirit can have the Earth-experience.

Therefore the Mother must Eat the FOOD that is most Universal - foremost the Whole Cereal Grain that contains the Total MEMORY that we need for the RETURN to the ONE Who created us.

The Food becomes then the BLOOD whereby the Mirror can be integrated in the BODY that is created by the Blood.

The Blood basically consists of Earth’s Nucleus (Iron), specific composition of Minerals,  Water (materialisation) and Fire (heat) for the dematerialisation or ascension process.

By the iron nucleus Earth’s Magnetism is also integrated, so that the Spirit can be part of the Earthly Cycles, which include the different Evolutionary processes.

Thus the Body also includes the entire Earth evolution.

As a whole, we are Creation in the Human Form!

And since Creation and Creator are inseparable, it reasons that the only ONE is WITHIN, too.

To BE HOPI we must BE as close as possible to the ONE.

And to do so we must Live by His One Law, the absolute and eternal Constant, which is the Unstoppable CHANGE (contrary to the laws which try to FIX us within an exclusive territory).

Only the ONE Who is closest to us at our Heart’s Centre, Who is the Unchanging, can Change,\.

Hence Change does not Change.

We must have the inner-UNION of the Observer and the Mirror to fully comprehend this paradox of Oneness.

And to be sure that we can have the CONTROL from Within and not from Without, the BLOOD has the essence of the Mirror, which is WATER.

Water is the First Mirror!

With the full integration of the outer-Mirror we can become conscious of everything that Creation contains.

It is with the Sacred Art of Eating that outer-Creation (Greater World) and inner-Creation (Body) can become One.

And goes along with the Spirit coming the closest to the ONE, WITHIN..

Heart is the FINAL WOMB in which the Spirit is Born as Creator’s “Only Sun/Son” (“littlesun”).

Our Heart contains the Central-Sun.

The Blood is needed for the Spirit, the eternal I AM, to Experience the ALL by way of bodily function, feeling, emotion, thinking, discernment, choice making, acting.

All of this is used with all sorts of RELATIONSHIPS.

In other words, the relationship is in essence the interaction between the outer-Mirror and the inner-Mirror.

And when the FOOD that we eat is Chosen, Prepared and Eaten according to Creator’s One Law, we will also be able to become the most refined Whole FOOD for the Creator, which is the Consciousness that ALL IS ONE.

Food does not end with our Body and the toilet, because Change is The Law!

It all goes back to the Unchanging ONE.

By eating Food we go along with Change and when it is eaten according to Creator’s law we will ultimately Return to the Un-changing Centre, WITHIN.

That’s why we have the digestive system, to guide the outer into the inner.

Eating Food is the MOST sacred act or Ceremony.

Our Mouth is the main Portal of inner-Creation!

That’s why the Food we eat becomes the Blood that via the Heart reaches out to each Body-cell or the inner-ALL.

This is the Principle for the attainment of PEACE!

This inner-Peace affects the outer-World, from our immediate environment into the Infinite Universe.

The attainment of “HOPI-hood” or I AM, is the most Universal Responsibility!

We cannot be a Peaceful one or HOPI, when the inner is in turmoil by the Blood that creates the feeling of pain, emotional disturbance, insecurity, doubts, fear, guilt, shame and relationship disturbances..

The Body is like an Open Book.

We can see from without of what is within.

Obesity or any form distortion, disease, disturbing behaviour, show of arms due to not having the inner-Power, claim of authority by way of intimidation and scheming, etc…all of this cannot make us HOPI.

The Hopi is the one who can truly say “I AM” without any one else’s approval but the Creator Who is WITHIN.

Hence we need the BLOOD whereby the CONSCIOUS Connection is made with the ONE WITHIN.

With the MIND we can Explore the Mirror to then make the conscious connection between the outer and the inner.

Therefore our nervous system has the synapses.

With the HEART we can Condense the attained connection until it reaches the Centre from where we can Control the Mind.

Hence we can Realise that we are the creator of our own reality!

It is with the Unifying Sacred Art of Eating that this can be attained in the most natural way.

With the First Medicine (Med…media, link, connection) of the Creator, His FOOD, any disease can be CURED (declared illegal by the “system”), when we Enter Creation in the Human Form with great Respect and observation of His Law.

Disease is the manifestation of ones IGNORANCE (encouraged by the “system” to keep humanity within the mental-TRAP).

What is ignored is the ONE who is WITHIN.

It is by this basic neglect that we create our own laws and ways whereby we futilely try to “live” with all sorts of problems, to then blame another who we believe caused it.

One even accuses bacteria and virus to not See the one who created the CONDITION, whereby these most primitive forms of life can dominate Creation in the Human form.

Self-denial is the Disease and as such we cannot BE HOPI!

As such we declare ourselves as an authority over those who we need to keep up our declining “poor me”.

Today’s world order made it more than obvious that what is said here is TRUE.

The denial-reflection will all COME BACK to the one who continues to reject the ONE Who is the HEALER of the ALL.

All “healers” who make their “own medicine” will absorb the disease they Think has “cured”.

That’s why all doctors and most “healers” will not die naturally of old age or peacefully.

The “Purifier/Healer of the East” will come with the RISING SUN.

SUN and HEART or ONE.

       The biblical “Thou Will be Done on Earth as it is in Heaven” and “Thou Kingdom come” …can be concluded with the prophetic Ünion of the Eagle (Mind) and the Condor (Heart)”.  All together to be REALISED with UNIDO.

        UNIDO is no just a “revolution”. It implies the Decisive-Battle-WITHIN and is based on the TRUTH that ALL IS ONE. We have come from the ONENESS and there is nowhere else to go to but to BE IN IT. To BE with-IN is IT! The Oneness is without as it is within and only by the illusory distance between the outer and the inner can our SPIRIT have an EXPERIENCE that is needed to gain the Consciousness whereby we can Create. In other words, the experience must lead us to the Realisation that we are the creator of our own reality. “God helps those who help themselves”.

        It is by our Spirit to be contained in the temporary physical BODY, which is Creation in the Human Form, that we can gradually grow in consciousness, from the animalistic towards the true humanistic level.At the animalistic stage, FOOD must be eaten in order to distil the outer into the inner. The MIND will at first be the dominating factor, to set the basis for the cultivation of consciousness. And with the distilling-process (digestion of food) the focus can go deeper within, until it arrives at the Nothingness (Still-point and Silence of the Heart’s Centre) from where we began, with the difference that we Return with the I AM Consciousness That’s why in the digestive-process the food becomes increasingly finer and is further liquefied in the form of the BLOOD whereby we can feel and think. Thus even “finer than fine”. That’s why the Brain develops though the Earthly evolution, so that the consciousness (“finest food”) can develop through the mentally based experiences. Then we can penetrate into the Centre of centres, which is our HEART, where we can come the closest to the only ONE (“Ultimate Fine”). Our Body, inner-Creation is the “Supreme Refinery”!” This can be, because Creation and Creator are ONE. By having our Body serve the world we serve the ONE. That’s why all service rendered for the Good of All will Return tenfold to the one who Serves from the Heart.

        Once we have fully UNDERSTOOD the Total Process of Consciousness and having it fully INTEGRATED in each Cell of our Body (blood becomes the body cell), only then can the Control come from WITHIN. As such Heart will control Mind. This is what Under-Standing means, to “Stand-Under”. While still at the mental plane our Mental-being must fully SURRENDE to the ONE and make His One Law, CHANGE, our Primary Constant.

        We must make the final CHOICE, the BE, so that the MIRROR (outer) and OBSERVER (inner) can become ONE. As such we can Graduate from the lower animalistic stage to become truly Human. The union of Understanding (Mind) and WIL (Creator’s Power or Love) will then takes place, enabling us to create by Will instead of by Mind. FREE WILL, HIS WILL, can then freely flow through us. We will be free from all exclusivity, emotional drama and any form of fear, guild and shame. Opinions of others of what they think and say about us doesn’t matter, because we are fully able to Listen to our Heart  This is what the UNIDO-process that’s based on the Oneheart Teaching offers, for us to attain TOTAL Liberation. And today’s world gives us the Greatest OPPORTUNITY to do so, because it serves as the MIRROR to Examine what we THINK and DO. It is basically by not being in control of our Blood-quality, due to not be in control of the Food we eat, that we can be controlled and exploited from the outer. UNIDO also represents to POWER to Change Roma (Division) into Amor (Union). This we CAN DO, because CHANGE is the LAW of laws, that can bring us consciously back to the ONE Who is WITHIN.

Making the Shift from the

Animalistic into the Humanistic

Similar as how the day consists of hours, minutes into an hour, seconds into the minute and finally the Ever NOW that contains it ALL.

So is it with the attainment of the true SELF that we can REALISE by transcending the temporary that goes along with TESTS and LESSONS.

Upon conception in mother’s womb we manifest trough the different primitive animal stages, of evolution, indicating that we are still “on our way” to reach the Goal of Life, which is the SELF-realisation or closest connection with the ONE Who is WITHIN.

Until then the Search continues in the outer, before we can penetrate the Stillness Within.

Not until the Goal or Still-point has been reached we will more or less behave like an animal and as such experience “hell on Earth”.

Today’s animalistic world is evident by its territorial way of life and how it is enforced by way of corruption, violence and brutal wars.

The Nations are merely the different animal cages, where basically food is used for the control of body, mind and the animalistic soul that upon the Earth-graduation dissolves to make place for the Spiritual soul.

The Oneheart Teaching/Revolution, UNIDO, is the way of LIBERATION, to make the Shift from the Animalistic into the Humanistic realm.

And the honest Self-examination is needed to See the Truth of the state of Being we are in.

Then the CHOICE has to be made whether we want to continue with the animalistic struggling or be FREE from it.

The following describes the 7 levels of “hell” whereby the ignorant being can Feel the “reality of being un-real”, which are:

1 – Spirits of Murderers, thieves and criminals by profession, including the mercenaries who kill for money and fame, and the ones who brutally secure selfish interests (most of the “Roman soldiers” didn’t come from Rome. They were hired killers. The “UN-soldiers are today’s Romans”).

2 – Spirits of addicts, gamblers and those who have made bad habits their norms.

3 – Spirits of rough and cruel people, having no sense of the true higher values and therefore sell themselves for money and binding privileges. Their lives are controlled by sensorial and sensual pleasures. They cannot be CALM under stress, due to the increasing distance from the inner-still-point as the result of following a master of the outer.

4 –  Spirits of small-minded people who follow the norms of a senseless way of life, regardless how corrupt  and destructive it is. They follow the most ridiculous fashions and practices and are even willing to work and pay for it.  They render to the spreading of lies, although knowing that it are lies, because everyone is doing it. They have no character and spend most of their time with the chit-chat of nonsense and gossip. These kind of people remain the longest in “hell”, because they lack the drive to get out from the TRAP. Today’s way of Consumerism represents this “hell” best.

5 – Spirits of fanatic people, at first appearing as “do-gooders”, but then the relationship gets sour when we do not agree with their exclusivity and animalistic ways. These are the “fundamentalists” who “make war for peace”. It is “god on the tongue and the devil in the heart”. The spiritual advancement is not a matter of being “religious”, but of “Doing Good by Being Good”, by the way of Service in the interest of the ALL.

6 – Spirits of people who sharpen the Mind while in the physical body and believe that they have gained control over the material without any idea that without the Will of the Creator they cannot even exist and have the experience. Such beings try to control and own under laws and ways of their own making. Here arrogance becomes the worst disease.

7 – Spirits of people who are ready to become Human, because they begin to REALISE their IGNORANCE. From hereon the Ascension process into the Heavenly realm starts by way of TESTS, which can still take many lifetimes of Dedication to the Highest Who is WITHIN. Thus the more we Dedicate our life to the only ONE, the sooner we can be truly FREE and HAPPY.

In short, the sole Purpose of Entering the PROCESS that involves the evolution of Body, Mind and Spirit, is to attain HAPPINESS, which is the CONSCIOUS state of Being. Altogether, it requires the Opening of the Portal through which Possibilities can be REALISED, and since the possibilities are Infinite…it requires us to Serve the Creator, the only ONE Who can give us the POWER to realise, unconditionally from the Heart…for the HEART is the PORTAL where all opposites meet as ONE! So, HAPPINESS is the Endless Realisation of an Infinite Dream. The Dream is to Constantly Realise from WITHIN. Therefore we must LIVE Creator’s Law, CHANGE. Change is as unstoppable and powerful as LOVE. We came to Earth with the Possibility to Realise WORLD PEACE.  The TEST is on and we can pass it by making the CHOICE to BE, I AM. WE CAN DO IT!

It is also possible to bypass the lower animal stages by fully dedicating our life to giving Unconditional Service to the Creator and His Creation.

Today’s world order is of the contrary.

Here service is only rendered for the monetary reward of those who control the money-press.

Moreover, it is with money that we can have FOOD.

As such also our BLOOD can be controlled, because it is derived from food.

Consequently our physical, emotional, mental and relationship functions can be fully controlled from the outer.

UNIDO, in Spanish not only means “we are One”, Un and Nido means One Nest or One World.

UNIDO has become the Sign for us to focus on the Last and Total Revolution, which must lead to the Winning of the Decisive battle Within.

It is by the ONENESS that we can delete the Cages of division and It begins with the restoration of the Control over our own Blood-quality.

Therefore we must make the KITCHEN again the Centre of Government.

Before the infamous Vatican’s INQUISITION the Kitchen use to be the Centre of Government.

Woman became then the main-target, because she controlled the Food/Blood, thus also the quality of society.

Her Kitchen was the first church/temple, hospital, laboratory, school and centre of economy.

Every Home had its own bank, where the universal money was stored, primarily the whole cereal grain that contains the Total Memory.

All of it has been replaced with FAKE food, religion, “medicine”, science based on the deductive mindset, “education” and legal notes/“money”.

The time is upon us for entering the NOW whereby the SELF-evident can be KNOWN, by making the Best CHOICE between the two extreme options: “BE” and “not BE”.

So, WAKE UP with UNIDO and claim the God-given Right and Responsibility to BE, NOW!

This section concerning UNIDO correlates with the collective Being and thus there is a “collective hell” also. This is the TRAP today’s world is in. It is known as CONSUMERISM. Every day at least one thousand people die as part of keeping up this most exploitative system. As we go through the isles of the supermarket, filling the basket, we walk over the dead bodies of those who died of starvation, massacre, wars, torture, suicide and even ritual murder. Do we care? The Global Redemption is needed to Liberate the millions upon millions of Spirits who are trapped.

Another way of diagnoses of the low condition we are in is what we say and the unnecessary swearing words used. The “F” and “S” words which many use in every other sentence truly indicates the level of consciousness. Then to know that the Body never lies…look at the excessive weight one carries, indicating that “I cannot handle any more”, exploding very easy by a “trigger-word” or some form of stress. The Face also shows what is deep within. People with noble looking faces compared with “gangster-looks”…which one do we trust more? Truly, besides the Karma we carry, by taking care of our BLOOD quality with the Sacred Art of Eating, we will appear as a more appealing Being and this will resonate from the all the ones who are our MIRRORS.

FOOD has been emphasised, because it is the very basis for the entire evolutionary process for the attainment of the Total Being.

The general degeneration of humanity has become the norm and is certainly caused by the “food” of the animalistic order.

The first symptom of the Spiritual handicap is the lower-back problem, indicating the lower animal that cannot make the strong vertical Heaven-Earth connection.

We should be able to keep our spine straight without  leaning against the chair’s backing.

The advice is given to seriously investigate the importance of the Oneheart Teaching for the attainment of the Control of Food, how to choose, prepare, eat it, to then become Food for the ONE Who created the Food, Who is most closely to us WITHIN.

That’s why the Food we eat, that originated from His Creation, goes the inner, to then go the Heart after it has become the Blood whereby we can begin to become Conscious.

Thus we must eat in a conscious way with the focus on the ONE or something that serves the ONE.

Most people eat without any idea of this most important inner-process towards the Spiritual advancement.

Watching tv or having meaningless chit-chat during a meal shows where one is at.

Therefore we must practice the Sacred Art of Eating, so that we can internally change the Food into a higher CONSCIOUSNESS.

And since the Creator is Within, it is by the completion of the Food-cycle that we can REALISE that we are in TRUTH the Creator of our own Reality.

We will continue blaming another for our own misfortune as long as we have not come to this profound Awareness, indicating that we are not quite Human yet.

All wars are the result of Animalistic beings accusing each other for their own IGNORANCE!

Fighting with Love

        When the Symbol of Love is truly understood, then it should not be difficult to Fight with Love. As we have the two types of warriors, so we have the two types of fight. The fight is about opposites trying to become One. But, when one side tries to be the Superior, then self-destruction will ultimately the result. How can we destroy the front and not leave the back out of it? The front would not be the front if it wasn’t because of the back. The truth is that ALL IS ONE. This kind of fight is that of the one-sided or narrow-minded.

        The true fight is of the true Warrior, who fight for Justice Under Creator’s Law. He does not fight the opponent, but the DUALITY that has created the CONDITION that has affected the true relationship. When BOTH sides truly SURRENDER to the ONE that they have in COMMON…there is no need to fight. It is basically due to one or both sides to fight for an inferior god, that one can become the looser, IN SPIRIT. The true Warrior who fights for the ONE, even when he gets killed, will never become a looser.

Restructuring the Mirror, WITHIN

The MIRROR that we have destroyed in the outer can still be Restructured and even in a form of greater significance, when we bring up the COURAGE to Observe from the HEART the first step to be made is by FORGIVENESS., which is in principle the Two becoming One (read again Symbol of Love and Heart).

The Principle

Deep within Great Mystery there is a PORTAL to be opened.

The Portal of Peace.

Therefore the Two Sides need to be created.

Creation and that what contrasts Creation.

This can be done by the one who is Creation in the Human Form.

For Creation is the Creator’s BODY, by which the ONE Who can Create, we can REALISE is WITHIN.

Therefore the Point from where the realisation can come forth is the HEART, to connect the Two to become One.

While in the DUAL stage the Individual (= indivisible-two) SPIRIT can have the Experience to find out what it takes to UNIFY the Two Sides.

Heart then, is pulsated by the extreme inner-polarities, inner-Earth and inner-Heaven.

Both Earth and Heaven are centred around the SUN.

But then, how can the Sun be Centred WITHIN, from where the Portal can be opened?

For this reason Sun and Heart correlate to one another as Complementary.

Sun as of the External and Heart as of the Internal, function together as MIRROR and OBSERVER.

Ultimately the Sun must become Heart’s MOON!

By the Sun’s Light we can SEE what is Without.

But how can we SEE that what is Within?

By the Mind we can THINK and by it to be focussed to the inner, we can do the Heart-Thinking and ultimately UNIFY Mirror and Observer.

Then the Portal is Realised!

This process of UNION must go along with the creation of WORLD PEACE, for Earth enables us to be Creation in the Human Form.

As such we must become the Peaceful One, BE HOPI !

In the process of becoming Hopi we must make Sun and Heart One.

Although we name it “Great Mystery”, it is ALL LIGHT.

Not until the LIGHT can SEE the LIGHT we remain in the DARKNESS that can only be when we have not fully become AWAKE, by the Union of Mind and Heart.

This process towards the Awakening requires the Total SUN-connection, which happens the INTERNALISING of the Sun by the way of COOKING Food!

By the Cooking-process we RELEASE Sun’s Light and ADD this to the Food, that then Ascends through us to increase the CONSCIOUSNESS from Earth to Heaven.

As such the inner-Sun, Heart, can shine forth with the POWER of the ONE Who is closest to us WITHIN.

At this stage we (Spirit) Realise that we are the creator of our own Reality.

Then we can truly say “I AM”!
